Very Nice, friendly and helpful staff. Rooms nice size, updated bathrooms and TVs, Very clean rooms and good beds .Pet Friendly rooms. Plenty of ice for fish or birds. Will definitely stay their again. I would recommend to anyone who is in the area.

As far as I know, this is the only hotel in Washburn, and surrounding towns don't have much either. This place is not elegant. But it is clean, and the staff is friendly. There are two good restaurants nearby, and you are well positioned for the Lewis and Clark Interpretive Center (a very good museum) and the Knife River Indian Villages National Historic Site.

This is a great little motel! I wasn't sure what to expect since there were very few reviews, but I was very pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and very well maintained. I would recommend this motel for anyone who wants to stay in Washburn.

A wonderful find! Quiet, clean room with all needs supplies. I received a confirmation call out of courtesy to let me know where I’d find my keys!!! People love this community and I was encouraged to live there and amazingly found a house right away! Thanks for the room and your encouragement!!!

The motel is very nice and extremely clean. The couple running the motel are pleasant and nice. The room filled our needs with a eating table and chairs a office table and a nice size queen bed. Counter space around the sink is small. There is a microwave and refrigerator in the room.
