Everything was perfectly fine! I was just a bit shocked that the local beer bintang cost 12€. Even without the service fee of 2€. 10€ is far to much. But the staff was very friendly and helpful with everything.

Booked for one night and room is big with bathtub and hotel is opposite delipark mall with lots of shops . Parking is free they will give a paper voucher to show at exit. Breakfast is huge spread and variety.

I believe this is the best and most luxury hotel in Medan. Everything are good and with reasonable pricing compare with other country. Will come back again for next vacation.

Decent facilities. One of the best hotels in town in my opinion. Breakfast was very decent, located at a convenient hotel. Considered to be reasonably priced compared to other international hotels in Jakarta.

A very good hotel.  The hotel staff come by my room and ask if I wish to have more drinkable/bottled water, or other room’s standard beverages.

Nice room and my son enjoy the pool very much. The view is amazing. Tried the massage and feeling good. The customer service at the front desk, Shanti is very friendly and arrange us at the high floor room with the great view. We love it. Thanks to Shanti. We also tried Jade Restaurant, the foods are delicious and the staff are very friendly. The breakfast have a lot of variety and the cake shop named M is also very nice. Will be back again for our upcoming stay.

The staff was great. The receptionists were very helpful and answered all our questions. The room was clean and bright, and the room service was always on time. Will be coming back

Easily the best and most luxurious hotel in Medan, this was a very comfortable stay. Also really enjoyed using the facilities (gym, swimming pool, sauna), and the staff are very attentive to your needs.
