An amazing air BNB, it can be. Alittle noisy at nights but it will depend on your tolerance, the room it's big and spacious, the beds are amazing and if you need anything, over WhatsApp they will help you quickly

I loved the apartment, great area of Provenza and it was very spacious. We were able to enter the main door and the apartment door very well with code . The location is easy for walking to the many restaurants ,shops, and get food to go The location in the Provenza was very easy to get a taxi to go to centro or elsewhere in Medellin The noise of the parties in the street or restaurants at night you will definitely need to bring earplugs if you go early to bed .

Great apartment hotel, well designed and top for value. The negative reviews are a bit unfair, we found the beds to be comfy and great location. Yes there is a bit of noise coming from a nearby bar but it is not that loud and it stops by midnight. Check in process could be improved for those using a non-Colombian card, we suggest if you are using a foreign card just go straight to the Somos beats hotel to check in then it’s a mere 6 minute walk to the Somos flats, or a very cheap Uber if you have bags. Otherwise it’s beautifully designed and staff were all super friendly. We even walked round to the hotel for a rooftop cocktail (the negroni is ace). It’s a very good place to stay for the price you pay. Recommend to backpackers wanting a break from hostel bunks.

Somos is the worst place we've stayed in South America during our four-month trip. The overall experience was absolutely terrible. The room is passable, but it prioritises design over practicality for travellers. The check-in process was a complete mess. Despite sending the required information via email well in advance and following up within minutes of the request, we still had to resort to WhatsApp while waiting outside. It took over an hour to gain access to the flat upon our arrival. Payment was a nightmare too. We attempted four different MasterCards, all of which worked without issue elsewhere in South America, yet the owner insisted it was our fault. We ended up making a 20-minute round trip in pouring rain to pay at a different reception. Zero empathy was shown for the inconvenience caused. The Somos flats are situated above a venue that plays extremely loud music until the early hours, preventing any chance of sleep as the bass resonates throughout the flat. Complaints about this were met with the response that the flats are in a "central area," so deal with it. The cleaning fee of 40,000 COP was an unexpected cost to pay for no service provided. Hot water was not available for a full day, and the owner showed no concern or attempt to resolve the issue. Carlos, the owner, proved to be extremely condescending, argumentative, rude, and sexist. He refused to meet in person, offered inadequate compensation, and even hung up on us during phone calls. The positive reviews for Somos flats make no sense, and it seems they may be mixed up with reviews for the hotel located 10 minutes away. We received no compensation for our terrible experience and instead engaged in a heated argument with Carlos at the hotel reception. Our basic expectations of hot water, a good night's sleep, and a smooth check-in/payment were dismissed as ridiculous. Previous reviews highlighting these issues have been met with generic responses from Somos, which clearly demonstrates their lack of concern and improvement.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The attention to detail in the design was impressive, and I felt truly pampered during my stay in The Somos." l had a unique and fun aesthetic that I really enjoyed. It was a refreshing change from the typical chain hotel experience. The staff were friendly and helpful.

El lugar es súper cómodo y fresco, puede relajarme bastante y descansar luego de mi viaje. La actitud de los chicos en la recepción fue estupenda y muy amables, sin duda recomendaría este lugar con mis conocidos. Espero sigan teniendo un buen servicio y más que todo el de Juan Esteban, un chico muy caballero y respetuoso y tiene sentido de servicio.

Ubicacion excelente a una cuadra de todo el movimiento (bares, restaurantes, discotecas), lugar sin bulla para poder descansar, tiene un minimarket a media cuadra, habitacion amplia y acogedor con frigobar, menaje, horno microondas, etc. super recomendado

Fue un hit nuestra experiencia en The Somos Flats Provenza, esta super bien ubicado, walking distance a todo lo que Provenza y el poblado tienen para ofrecer y el hosting del staff 10/10; y tengo que reconocer a nathalie quien estuvo super pendiente de cada cosa (antes y durante toda nuestra estancia) y resolver un par de imprevistos que tuvimos. RECOMENDADÍSIMO!

Sabanas de la cama sucias.. Se metieron a buscar cosas sin permiso me robaron una sudadera. Eso es lo malo. De lo demas todo fue bien el servicio el transporte que ofrecen. Limpieza del cuarto bien excepción la de la cama que fallo de ahi todo bien.
