Four Points by Sheraton Medellin recensioner

It was a great experience staying in the hotel. All staff are so nice and helpful. They really take care of kids. We went swimming with our kids every morning. They even prepared new toys for that! How sweet! The location of the hotel is excellent and it’s quiet and safe around. It has a large shopping mall next to it that you just need to cross the gate from the 2nd floor from the hotel. So convenient! We will definitely recommend to our friends of it! Thanks all the staff for a pleasant stay.

Second time come and near the shopping mall

The location of the hotel is perfect. There are 2 malls, a pharmacy, a starbucks, a restaurant on a walking distance, so a lot to do. Regarding the hotel itself, the staff is very pleasant, really friendly. The service they give is excellent, always with a smile on their faces and very attentive. For example, the staff that made us breakfast, Mr. Juan Jose, made us feel at home. The front desk staff, the house keeping ..... you name it. In a few words, this hotel was the best option for us and the service was excellent.

來麥德林出差最滿意就是這個酒店，邊上商場吃的逛的非常多，而且這區域非常安全，以後如果再有機會出差肯定再住這裏

Diego el botones Verónica la mesera y en general todos estos vinos 8 días y todo me encantó. Las habitaciones espaciosas camas muy cómodas . Gracias esperamos vomver

位置很好 服務熱情 衞生乾淨 酒店二層直通大型商場 非常方便 推薦入住

再一次入住這家酒店，酒店前台很奇怪離開之前非説消費了mini bar裏面的東西，無奈西語區溝通不是很順暢，早飯也還行，其它的都還不錯。

地理位置不錯，有走廊直接連到附近商場，如圖。 酒店景色也不錯，如圖可看夜景。 最大的敗筆是進門有異味，床單居然還有頭髮， 被子也有味道，煩！

房間很好，空間也大。工作人員服務也很好，周圍設施很好，二樓餐廳和隔壁的大超市是連接在一起的，賣東西很方便。
