The room was infested with cockroaches this place is uninhabitable for an animal let alone a human. If you like cockroaches then this is the place to stay. The breakfast is absolutely disgusting two cut up kid size pieces of fruit and cold eggs then where prepared early in the morning and slumped on your plate.

If you want a hotel in Medellin, this is NOT the hotel. It's in a not so good neighborhood (centro) and many toyr guides I had while staying there said it was not a good area and to not walk outside at night. As other reviewers have said, it is SUPER loud at this hotel. The soft music they place at the reception you can hear on the 2nd floor on your rooms. The noises from outside are constant. I have to say the reception people were very nice. They were the best part about that hotel. The shower is so small the shower head is all the way in the ceiling so there's no menuvering the shower head to your liking. If you want AC, you have to pay extra. My travel agent said they assured her that my room had AC, but it didn't, so they had to move me to a room with AC, and then I had to pay extra. The bed is hard, but the best part was that they had pillows that actually held the weight of your head! I HATE those soft hotel pillows that can't hold the weight of your head . I liked the art in the room but I would not stay there again. The nice reception people and the pillows are NOT enough of a draw. Stay somewhere that's NOT in centro Medellin 3 stars because the AC worked great, the pillows were good, and the receptionists were super nice.

Terrible experience, the rooms are called boxes and they are like a box. There is no actual bathroom, a separate toilet with a door but the sink and shower are in the room. There is a tiny window in the corner that does not keep the noise out from the very busy street and even noisier bars. It's cold, only one blanket, so I slept in a sweater. And when I finally fell asleep with the help of pills and earplugs, at 5 am there was really loud music and I again thought it was from outside. But no, it was the radio on full blast in my room! I think I should sue this hotel, it's that bad...

Stayed 4 nights. I dont recommend this 3 (NOT 4) stars hotel. Pros: Apparently one of the only two acceptable hotels in the Centro; VERY inexpensive; immaculately clean; attentive reception. Cons: 1. I reserved an airport pickup, which didnt show up. The hotel believed the driver that he was there. There was no chance that we missed each other. 2. Reception and corridors are dark. 3. Even the more quiet rooms get morning traffic noise. 4. Very limited places to put stuff out of the suitcases. 5. The sink, which is in the room itself, is constructed to splatter the floor. 6. Housekeeping forgot an item every day. 7. VERY basic unvarying breakfast. 8. Most of the receptionists weren't smiling or friendly, which in Colombia is surprising.

Definitivamente dañaron su servicio del todo!!! Hemos visitado el hotel desde hace algunos años. El año pasado una habitación para 2 personas con aire acondicionado y jacuzzi costaba $90.000 COP y este año fuimos y ahora cuesta $217.000 COP solo una noche, un precio que te cobrarían en lugares como el Poblado o Laureles, no el centro. Las habitaciones cada vez más caídas, nuestra puerta ni siquiera cerraba bien, el check in eterno y el check out peor son demasiado lentas las recepcionistas, los blackout siempre están malos, el jacuzzi funciona a medias y los ruidos son exagerados desde muy temprano, y el desayuno malísimo nos dieron un pan frío con un queso crema rancio y unos huevos revueltos fríos. Que pésimo servicio ya de Gallery, como no hay una entidad que regule estos precios es increíble que puedan subir los precios a más del doble a libre albedrío, es verdad qué hay inflación, pero tampoco para abusar de esta forma. Pondremos la queja en la superintendencia de industria y comercio que regula esto. Muy mal servicio al cliente. No lo recomiendo, y si pones la queja su respuesta es: “nosotros manejamos esos precios para este año y ese es nuestro servicio” en vez de mejorar la culpa la tiene el cliente. PÉSIMO!!! PÉSIMO!!! No se queden aquí ni por accidente. Por ese precio pueden quedarse en mejores hoteles y en mejores ubicaciones, en hoteles que de verdad prestan excelente servicio.

No ofrece aislamiento para el ruido tanto de la calle como interno. En la madrugada me despertaba el sonido de puertas y conversaciones en el front desk. Habitaciones muy normales, bastante deficiente la iluminación. No había TV por cable. Lo único rescatable fue la terraza restaurante, comida muy buena a precios razonables. Si no fuera por la terraza, mi calificación habría sido malo. Debe mejorar muchas cosas. No creo que sea una opción en mi próximo viaje a Medellín.
