Stayed in this hotel for 5 nights with my family, it’s one of the best hotels in medina. The walk to mosque is 5 minutes through the back entrance. The staff are all friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel it’s clean modern family friendly, the only problem I did face was waiting for the lifts part from that all good.

Awful. Plain simple awful. Jamming bathroom door lock to mouldy bathroom, worn out and knackered room, wardrobes falling apart and dodgy electrical sockets. To top it all, rude staff who do nothing but smirk and attempt to gaslight you. Not recommended .

The stay was great and the place is near to the Nabawi mosque. The furniture is a bit old but everything else was nice.

Such a fantastic hotel to stay for your Umrah Trip, hospitality never witnessed before, professionalism is top notch. My housekeeper Meezan & Ibrahim were very helpful throughout my stay. Only thing to improve is furnishings as they are worn out such as lamps / sofas etc, rest very close to Masjid nabwi ladies gate 328, 3 minutes walk & you are there for your Salah. Keep up the great work Saja Team.

This is a first poor experience I've unfortunately came across. The breakfast was not up to standard at all, especially paying 140SAR for a 4 star #1 premium hotel. We literally tried it the 1st morning but went out for breakfast the rest of our stay. The pictures online are deceiving. It's not what is advertised. I asked for a refund, and they unfortunately have refused. Trip.com however was willing to compensate me for the inconvenience caused. The room was really stuffy. Hotel definitely needs a revamp, as most areas in the bathrooms are stained and patched up where needed. The bathroom towels also needs to be changed. Last negative thing, it's highly overpriced. On a positive note, the hotel staff is really responsive and the location is in walking distance to the haram.

The hotel location is great and is close to prophets mosque. The staff is courteous . The hotel has a little cafe and the services they provided are good. The rooms are small and gets very congested once you put down your suitcases. The cleaning staff is not upto mark when providing services. Once they left a cleaning brush on top of sink. Unsure if it was used to clean toilet or bathtub. They call every night close to 9 pm asking each room whether everything is ok or if we need anything. Nice customer service but this can disrupt if children sleeping.

The main selling point is the size of room and the location is not far from gate 328.

Great ambiance, clean rooms - very close to Haram. Pakistani restaurant around the corner! Enjoyed our stay here! Thank you Saja Al-Madinah.

Nice hotel to stay at and is near by masjid Al Nawabi.

The worst hotel we ever stays in starting from check in they do have updated system and we have to go through the management to check Where is our pre paid booking. Rooms are very felthy, bathroom is disasters.

The hotel and staff are awesome Location is super closer to Haram al Nabawi few minutes walk barely 3-5 mins Breakfast is the same and no much varieties The receptionists are great willing to help esp on our first day when checking in Mr Yusuf was smart and guiding well Hope to be back and I recommend for the value
