My Experience about Artal Taiba hotel is very good, service is excellent , staff are so friendly , room is tidy and cleaned ,, I didn’t try their food , but in general satisfied .

Good service, affordable price, very nice hotel

Before booked the location it shows near to Masjid Nabawi. In actual is not. Information confusing

Our experience at this hotel was far from satisfactory. Despite its proximity to Masjid Nabvi, a factor that influenced our choice due to the 20-minute walk, the overall value for the price paid, which was nearly 350 Riyal, did not meet our expectations. The level of service was disappointingly low, and the noise from the corridors and other guests during the night significantly disturbed our peace. Furthermore, the reception's responsiveness left much to be desired. In hindsight, choosing this hotel based on its location alone was a mistake. For those seeking a comfortable and pleasant stay, we recommend looking elsewhere.

Definitely I will come back to stay at this hotel. The hotel itself very satisfying in term of cleanliness and comfortness. The surrounding also very helpful for me to stay along as there are many stores and eatery place. The shuttle bus also very helpful.

Best service

Overall it was good. But people with patient on wheelchair will face problem as toilet doors are too small for wheelchair. Second if you have allergies from carpet then its not for you... other than this everything is nice and hotel management are really helpful.

The hotel is not too far to the Haram, just 15-20 minutes by walking and 5 minutes by car. The hotel also provides free shuttle half an hour before each prayer, but we did not take them. The reception were professional and helpful in a way. Overall, it's a good and comfortable hotel with an affordable price.

Good hotel as per price range compared to others. Around 1 km of walk from hotel, good thing was they provided shuttle bus service to Masjid e Nabwi. Not recommended for people intending to walk with wheelchair and pram. Reception speaks English. Recommended if you are looking for a fair price.

Good hotel, clean and good service, there shuttle bus service is excellent. Groceries shop and food restaurant under the hotel.

When we entered the room the carpet was wet and the toilet floor is mouldy. Not very clean, no hair dryer but other amenities are acceptable. The hotel is located about 1km from Masjid AnNabawi but hotel provided free shuttle bus to and from Masjid every prayer, first come first serve basis. Shuttle will move at least 30 minutes before and after prayer. Have to pay for the hotel room during check in so prepare some cash or credit card. There are some convenient stores near in the hotel.

The place is good but they are slow in the service Some services weren’t available and i asked multiple times in third day they provided such as towels,slippers and tissues
