Kaldığımız otel çalışanları gerçekten çok ilgiliydiler, sadece otelin bulunduğu konum az gelişmiş bölgede ama güvenlik açısından sıkıntı yoktu. Butik bir otel odalar geniş, restoranı olamadığı için kahvaltı yok. Konaklama için fiyatı uygun lokasyonu merkezden çok uzak değil. Genel itibari ile tavsiye edilir. İnterneti çok hızlıydı bu arada 🤓

I have no complaint about the hotel itself which to me is acceptable. But the room is very small. The hotel is located a bit far from Masjid Nabawi a walking distance of about 1.5km. It was very tiring walking to Masjid Nabawi so most of the time, I have to take a taxi going back to the hotel which cost SAR 30. The area where the hotel is located is also very dirty and dusty.

Located near the harem only a short walk away and close to restaurents and shops. Good stay clean and friendly staff.

A very decent hotel. Not too far of a walk about 10 minutes at normal pace. I would recommend if you’re on a budget. Cleaner than expected.

Clean and near to harm but the road from harm to it is not good

Very bad experience, it was very dirty and smelly, we slept only 1night and got sick, we had to leave from there, i was with family, i moved 1 bed to join with other bed and u can't imagine how dirty was under the bed, there were hairs, dirty mask, forks, dust. I asked hotel management to give back money for rest 5 nights which i didn't stay there and unfortunately they refused to give back money. I don't recommend this hotel, its not clean and worth for any amount.

Very good and staff are friendly

The location was very bad. The management refused to make refund for me when I cancelled my stay.

So far from harm & poor area , there was no one for the check out i tried to call their number 3 times but they didn’t answer me and i left my key on the counter Actually i don’t recommend it for any one specifically who are living luxury life

This Hotel near to Masjid Quba, Masjid Bilal. This Hotel is on the west side of Masjid Nabawi. Walking distance to Masjid Nabawi. Walking distance to Chef Market. Not recommended if you planning walking with stroller or wheelchair. Group of friends or DIY Umrah, recommended. Aram Hotel provided us a sharing washing machine for your own laundry.

Definitely not worth the price you pay. Hotel has no sign infront to identify it as a hotel. We booked 2 rooms and got 1 when we checked in, said the other would be available soon after cleaning. An hour later went to ask the reception and they said the previous guest has not checked out yet and we had to wait 1 more hour till they sorted the issue and gave us the room. Day 2 the air conditioning stopped working in 1 room and theu said they cant have an electrician in to check till the next day, I asked if they had a fan we can ise and they did not. So had to sleep without the air conditioning and it was fixed the next day. They dont speak any english, so if you dont speak urdu/hindi or arabic, it is a bit difficult to communicate with them. Also the uber had trouble finding the place due to its location and no signage posted outside the hotel. The toilet was okay, though the water did not drain as expected after showers, and the slippers in the bathroom was white and dirty. Over all its definitely not worth the money we paid. Cost us about 100$ a night per room.

Easy to excess but my check in to check out,no one cleaning the room or asking to need any help...
