Every thing was great except washroom, it was little congested, hardly a minute walk to haram gate 301, overall recommended

The house keeping is very very poor. No one will answer you if you needed anything. You have to go to reception and it is not guaranteed to be served. They need to increase their staff immediately.

The hotel was disappointing. The staff was not helpful, and the cleanliness was poor—the toilet and room were not properly cleaned. The checkout time was too early; even though I checked in at 4 PM, I received a call saying I had to leave by 1 PM. Luckily, I was ready with my small hand luggage. The only good thing was the location, as it is very close to the Prophet’s Mosque.

Our 1st room was untidy, smelly and dark. This was situated on the 4th floor. We request to change our room and without any issue room was changed. We were on the 10th floor, room were clean and tidy *************. Overall no issue, near to haraam (prophet mosque) gate no 302 & 303. Please note these gates are far from ladies gates which are 328.329.330, therefore please keep in your mind. Bathroom was clean and roomy :) Overall didn't found any issue.

Good position, so near from Rawdah gate. So many shoppes store nearby with less pricey.

The location is excellent as its few minutes walk to Masjid Nabawi. And the staff are always willing to help. I enjoyed my stay

It’s not clear also is not 4 stars the breakfast very bad Service 1 out of 10

Nusk al Hijra b has been my favorite and will always be very close to haram and also sorrounded by different shops
