One of the best hotels near Masjid Al Nabawi! The staff are incredible! From the moment I arrived, Hassan from concierge assisted me with my bags and the staff at the reception were very friendly and they not only allowed me to check-in early but also upgraded my room with a partial Haram View! All the staff spoke English perfectly. The rooms are nice and spacious with modern furniture and the amenities provided in the room are perfect from bathrobes to multiple kits! The room was relatively clean however I’ve notice multiple finger prints on the refrigerator door as well as the bathroom door which shows those 2 areas weren’t wiped after the previous guests had left. The shower was perfect with nice hot water and the bathroom was spacious enough. The hotel has 2 towers and we didn’t know which tower to go to so we ended up going to tower 1 were the receptionist informed us that our booking is in tower 2. I had an elderly guest with me and moving towers like this was very inconvenient. The hotel should inform the guests about the tower number and parking instructions before arriving at the hotel. The hotel is very close to the Haram with just 6-7 minutes walk to both the men’s and the women’s entrance (door 11 and 12). Upon returning to the hotel, the staff were promptly situated outside the elevator doors assisting guests with the elevators. About the breakfast. It was fantastic! The options available were great and included selections of cold appetizers, bakery items, main courses including french toast and pancakes. The breakfast staff were very friendly and efficient and they never said no, especially Riaz he served us coffee and hot chocolate. The items were being refilled quickly. The 2 ladies welcomed us for breakfast with a huge smile. Suggestions to improve breakfast: 1) there was no live cooking counter for omelette. The omlette was being cooked in the kitchen and was being stocked in the hot plate. It would be great if the hotel could consider introducing live counter for omelette as it really would help us guests to make the perfect omelette for ourselves and eating it warm and fresh. Other hotels do have a live counter. 2) Though all the breakfast items were great, the French toast wasn’t good at all! It didn’t taste like a French toast. The sambosas were undercooked and very chewy so wasn’t able to eat them. Improvements on this will make the breakfast experience perfect! One more thing to add is that the staff not once said “No”. They always accommodated our requests whatsoever. I asked the reception for a plastic chair for my elderly mother to sit and take a shower, thought they didn’t have it, they offered us to switch to an accessible room with no additional costs! The hotel is not very busy and crowded as I didn’t see any groups here. I hope the hotel can maintain this very same standard or else it’ll be very easy to be like the other hotels who don’t care about guests. All in all, I’ll definitely choose Al Manakha Rotana again on my next trip to Madinah and wishing this hotel success!

Every thing is good all staff friendly just want to enhance the bead because the mattress strong and the bathroom have not good smells also the water shower slowly

Excellent hotel next to Masjid-e-Nabawi SAW. A very modern and clean hotel which I'll recommend to anyone and everyone.

The hotel is close to the mosque, and it is a clean and relatively new hotel. The staff at the hotel are not friendly at all and they need training around how they deal with customer. I waited for almost 1 hour to check in after standing in the queue. They were not corporative at all

This newly opened accommodation offers a highly positive experience. The rooms were impeccably clean and the breakfast was delightful. I would enthusiastically recommend this property to fellow pilgrims. One minor suggestion for improvement: The shower water tended to spill outside the shower area, which could be addressed with better sealing or adjustments.

It was a very good hotel but wrong side of the entrance to the Mashid Nabvi.

Pretty average type of hotel considering its only opened a month ago, wifi was the biggest issue we faced during our stay, it was way too slow and sometimes wouldn’t even connect, upon complaining they said we gonna try fix it but nothing was done. Important piece of information: Ladies gate of the masjid is way too far, nearest gate is 310, even for men you have to walk quite a bit to pray even in the courtyard of the masjid because you have to go behind the line of the imam as you cannot pray ahead of imam. Bathroom was tiny and average, small shower head which kept falling down when truned on. The golf carts for masjid Quba were right outside the hotel which was the only good thing.

Though the price was not cheap, without breakfast it was AED 489, the room size and Wash room was so small. Washroom WC fixed very near to door, almost touching it. With this facility price seems to be high
