Grand Zowar Hotel recensioner

Check-in opens after ashar, overcrowded with Umrah pilgrims and the receptionist doesn’t want to keep my luggage for the meantime due to the hotel being overcrowded. Also there are no ablution place so we were all waiting in line to use the small public toilet. In my room, they didn’t have towels until I have to ask one of the housekeeping and you cannot use the hotel’s phone to call for service!

Only positive was the location. For the price paid was not upto standard. Bathroom and lobby area had a horrible smell constantly, reception staff would just ignore you and lie. There were no towels left in the bathroom, I had to ask twice at reception and still no body came. Bathroom had little ants crawling around. Avoid at all cost especially for what was paid for the 4 nights.

Blood stains on the wall, rusty needles that have been in the bathtub for a long time, dirty bed linens. Everything you need to get sick is there. Even though I gave these reasons, my reservation was not cancelled. Not to mention the hotel was expensive.

Booking for first day was cancelled upon arrival. Had to negotiate a used room to change clothing and freshen before going to masjid Nabawi. Although wasnt given to check in for first day, we were given room for our second day. But full 2 days was charged.  Room was rundown.

A pretty good location and very close proximity to haram- approx 15mins walk. With a number of amenities nearby

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL I usually don't write reviews but this hotel has forced me to leave a negative review. This hotel deserves zero stars. The toilets are extremely dirty and disgusting. The hotel management has zero customer service skills. The rooms are not clean and very old. The hotel is close to Masjid Nabwi, but it is overpriced and offers zero service for your hard earned money.

Lokasi bagus, dekat dari masjid nabawi 👍👍👍petugasnya baik banget dan sangat informatif, kami juga di izinkan menitipkan bagasi di lobby

I had this place booked by my agent who said this is a great place. Location wise it's decent but I had the hotel booked for 4 nights but I couldn't stay here more than a night. Had to check out early and book another place which was million times better. The hotel is okay and the staff are helpful they tries to clean the room but it still wasn't enough and there was something on the beds as as soon as we came in the room our bodies were itching and it's not a place to stay especially if you are traveling from a western country as the cleanliness and everything was not according to any 3 star hotels I have ever stayed in. I would rate the hotel more of a 1 star. Even though I checked out early the hotel didn't provide a refund and clearly didn't even care. I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL IF ANYONES LOOKING TO BOOK THIS.
