The staff are like a whole community always available to help and go the extra mile. The hotel itself is superb with good attention to detail. Good quality food in the hotel restaurant and a coffee shop on ground floor. Overall a great stay.

we stayed at this hotel on 25 January 2024 until 2 & February 2024. Me, my wife and my son. I was initially a bit skeptical about this hotel because this was the first time staying in the hotel area facing the Prophet's Mosque. previously, 3 times before, when visiting the Prophet's Mosque, we stayed in the hotel area at the back of the Mosque. *************, the best experience with the hotel, which for me is a strategic location near the entrance to the front of the mosque. besides that, there are many interesting places nearby such as places to eat in Shariq Qurban Qurban with many delicious restaurants . The location is also close to the Quba Mosque. You can take a Buggy or Uber to get there. We even walked to the Quba Mosque. for me, a new experience with the hotel, which is the hotel officer during the check-in process was very friendly and greeted us well and was very fluent in English. The room was also very clean. The room cleaning process was very satisfactory. Highly recommended for families for the Ellaf At-Taqwa Hotel.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Really helpful staff and lovely rooms. The breakfast buffet was really good with a wide range of food to choose from. On Fridays, they do a buffet lunch which was really good and saved us time, energy and hassle walking around in the baking heat looking for a place. As for the location, I couldn't have asked for more. Literally a 3 minute walk to gate 309 of the Prophet's Mosque. Will definitely be coming back in the future to this hotel

I really recommend this hotel!! Not biased they are so accomodating!! All staffs from reception, concierge ALL!! They are very helpful! And they are all very kind and cheerful!! I love their friendly approach! Plus the hotel itself is clean with good ambiance. The service and the rooms are aesthetic!!! Over all I love itt!!! ❤️

I just booked for my sister and her husband. I paid full payment. They arrived at desk with booking paper copy witj name and details. From receiption has said we haven’t received money.My guest very much embarrassed and dissappointment. i mail them with payment invoices. So please need to improve your customers service part more.
