房間水温不夠熱，前台美女服務很好有幫忙拿行李，態度好！但男的服務差，check out 時見到拿行李即時扮不見走人（行李要步行樓梯哦）

The property is located on the side of the main road, easy drop off and pick up, did not feel welcome when we arrived, and staff was not present. The property should be a good choice for people who are looking for local style accommodation, absolutely can not be compared to real hotel, flies bugs everywhere, hair on the floor and blanket, overall, just for different experience. Breakfast only offer one boiled egg per person, plus few different kinds of bread, coffee was very disappointing.

A beautiful looking riad in a great area however it lacked the friendliness that all the other riafs we've stayed at offered. The female manger who greeted us was lovely, unfortunately the male manager on the evening and next morning shift was gruff, unfriendly, unhelpful and intolerant of guests children. No greetings or farewell and he didn't offer or assist us with carrying our luggage downstairs. His attitude changed the whole feeling of the place. Such a shame as I couldn't have faulted anything else except the beds are very hard and dinner although nice, quite pricey. Hopefully the owners see this review and do something about the manager.

Yacout is a beautiful riad, placed in the heart of Meknes,with a warm and Arab atmosphere. Everything deserves an excellent! Particularly the service of everyone of the employees. An outstanding revie for them and the no problem attitude!

A good stay; great housekeeping staff; good breakfast (included). Centrally located. Friendly service. Room we stayed in was Ok. Comfortable rooms. Clean . Overall may needs some renovation/sprucing and attention to details. For example- No international channels on Cable. But for the right price I would highly recommend it.

The room was on the smaller side, but clean and comfortable. The heater helped to take away the chilliness in the room. Small individually wrapped toiletries. We heard our neighbours talking but luckily everyone went to bed early. The Riad was almost empty, impacting on the atmosphere despite nice photographs and beautiful Moroccan handiwork decorating the shared areas. The lack of guests had to do with Covid and the closure of the most popular attractions in Meknes (for revitalization of almost every important structure). Usual Moroccan breakfast without any fruits or vegetables, and not even an olive or a date.

We stayed for a night in Riad Yacout. We stayed in a larger room on the ground floor. The room inside is very ornate and beautiful. The bathroom only had a half glass door due to the steps leading to the bathroom. It doesn’t offer much privacy when using the bathroom. I found two semi-alive cockroaches in the room which terrified me. If you can look past the creepy crawlies, a nice place to stay when visiting Meknes.

The riad is centrally located, walkable distance to nearby tourist spots. The room is neither too small or nor too big but moderate in size. It is neat and clean, the bathroom on the other hand, was big with a tub which is quite comforting to relax after a busy day. The staff are friendly and hospitable. The dinner apart from the breakfast, was included in the room rent. The dinner was good and so was the breakfast provided in the morning

Gorgeous riad and very friendly stuff! Fatima at the reception was very helpful! The room was large and beautifully decorated. The food is good and the atmosphere provides a special touch. A must visit unique accommodation! Once in the inner patio of the riad, you will feel the very best and beauty of Morocco.

As another reviewer noted, our stay also was probably impacted by how few people were staying in the Riad. Our room was very comfortable-not modern, but we like that. Breakfast was serviceable but not memorable. Again it was in a great location. The rooftop terrace was beautiful.

It was an amazing experience and we had an wonderful stay at Riad Yacout. The staff was very friendly and spoke enough English that we could understand them. They served us tea when we arrived and gave us a map of the Medina. The room was very clean. The breakfast was very good and next time we go to Meknes, we will be coming back here. Great place for a family to stay.

Le plus de cet excellent RIAD , le grand parking . Trés bien situé a MEKNES , il y a un super accueil , les chambres sont spacieuses , un bonne literie . Nous avons diner dans ce riad , super repas servi par un marocain pince sans rire , et comme l'ensemble de cet hotel avec un super rapport QUALITE / PRIX . Surement le mieux de notre périple .

Nous avons eu le plaisir d'être parfaitement accueillis par Asmae, bien servis au repas du soir par le maître d'hôtel et au petit-déjeuner par le veilleur de nuit (les propriétaires étant en vacances). Que dire d'Asmae, gentillesse, connaissance parfaite de sa ville, efficacité pour nous obtenir un taxi le jour de l’Aïd-el-Kébir et parlant parfaitement le français : un vrai plus pour cette maison d'hôtes. Les plus de ce riad : le personnel, la nourriture, la situation, la propreté Les moins de ce riad : pas de bouteille d'eau dans la salle d'eau, double-rideau non occultant, coffre-fort sans notice ni fixé au mobilier, télévision avec décodeur d'où une très grande diversité de chaînes (plus de 300), ce qui mériterait un mémo en n'en sélectionnant que 3 ou 4 pour chaque langue des visiteurs potentiels.
