As usual, many times stayed here. Nothing to complaint. Worth for money.

Hotel was nice from outside but the interior need a little refreshment such as the paint at the walkway to the room. The room was spacious for 2adult and 1kid. There's blackout incident during 645am the next day and i heard a 'trip' sound on the DB and my husb check there was a trip but manage to settle it on our own since the front desk didnt pickup our call. The breakfast quite basic i would suggest the hotel to add a few kuih-muih selection. Next time we gonna try to eat breakfast at the warung right in front of the hotel. Quite many people having bfast there. The staff were friendly. Not much to expect and complaint because we staying there just to rest after a long journey. The shampoo quite small but the smell are good.theres only 3pillows provided.

Security not safe, can access room from basement carpark. Toilet partition falling off, changed to another room slightly better but still falling off, is so dangerous (photo attached). Service : Maintenance department Indian boy is very polite and helpful, cafe staff is also very friendly and approachable. However, lobby receptionist Indian lady should be trained to be more polite and more welcoming attitude to guest.

We had a good times during our stay there, all facilities are complete, very comfy and we also enjoyed our breakfast. Might come back again another time ☺️

The room is big and cheap. Free parking also. It's about 10-15 minutes away from the city. It's the most cost-effective hotel in Malacca. Very good👍

Great experience staying at Casa Bonita. Room was spacious for 2 people and clean. I would comment to prepare prayer mat & kiblat for muslim customer.

Spacious room and clean. Reasonable price. Friendly staffs and fast checked in. Not far from city center and Klebang beach. Breakfast at the resto opposite the hotel was very good.

Strange smell from the toilet floor trap caused unpleasant stay in the hotel room and unable to change the room as requested.
