Ong Kim Wee Residence Premium Malacca By I Housing recensioner

This place is badly managed by I Housing. Booked a room for 14/12 but only received whatapps on 14/12 1:15 pm, to get me to filled up registration form, pay deposit and documents on key collection process. My whatapps and email to I Housing since 10/12 was never answered. In short they are not contactable at all. I was forced to booked another residence (Apple Premier) in Melaka to ensure my family has a place to stay. My request for refund from I Housing was also not entertained and no apology from them on the matter. I ended up paying for 2 places to stay in Melaka for 0n 14/12. My sincere advice is don't booked this place or you will regret it. There are so many new residency in Melaka which provides so much better service like Apple Premier which was my alternative option. Hope my comments will help those from falling victims to this scam.
