The rooms not ready yet when we want to check in at 4.25pm, the rooms ready at 4.47, but they allow us to check-out at 12pm.

The apartment is just next to courtyard by Marriott. Walkable to jonker street, about 15-20mins The apartment is big n clean just that there is a foul smell from master room toilet. Provided toothbrush n bedroom slippers. Only 4 lifts hence check out time the lifts always packed. Need to deposit rm$150. Check out will refund. Free park just need to register when check in. Did not use the facilities, no comment.

Smooth check-in process. Nice location to where we needed to be close. Well-maintained and clean apartment with ample space to lounge in and have Family time fun. Great view of Malacca town, as attached.

The location is convenient, however the swimming pool is too cold and we enjoy the bathtub

New, clean and great location. Good services, clear instructions given for early check out and get deposit back. Satisfied with the room and price worthy. Will come again! Recommended to everyone!

Nice view from the room. Comfortable environment. Excellent service (toilet was leaking, they sent the staff to repair within a short period). Highly recommended.

Nice experience to stay in Apple suite , love the facilities so much especially the swimming pool . We enjoy thought out our stayed 3d2n . Basic amenities provided but would be appreciated if they can provide mineral water . The check in time will be great if can be early as 12-1pm. Abit walking distance to jonker street but overall still acceptable . Easy to get grab too.

Room was clean and spacious, location is near Jonker Street and lots of food spots. Check-in was smooth, and we loved the city view at night.

This is the 2nd time I am staying here. The last time was 2 years ago. This time round I got a 2 bedroom apartment instead of 1 bedroom. As usual, the apartment is clean and neat on check-in. No cigarette smoke within the apartment. While the location is in the town centre with other apartments, it is still relatively near to anywhere you want to go. Perfect for those who drive as a parking lot is provided. Because the apartment is so self sufficient, you hardly need any services or assistance from management or service staff. Highly recommended!
