Trip.com servise are the best prices are comfortable and we are very happy to recommend other friends and fiamly normly we spend 1000 of pounds on our travelling but this time we booked our ticket and hotel with trip.com and it very cheap and comfort is next level we love to countinue our travelling with trip.com

Nice location, nice clerks, nice foods. This accommodation is very close to Melbourne Airport, especially international terminal. And This was the largest accommodation that I used. And on lobby, there is a restaurant, which has very kind cooks. So many people were using that restaurant like having party. I had a Korean style-grilled pork belly. Even though it was not that close to the original Korean grilled pork, I was satisfied. If the cook can see this review, I recommend to provide the pork belly without sauce that you used, but to provide that sauce seperatedly. Anyway, thank you for your service. And your signature wine was very nice.

Excellent service provided at reception. We were provided with Shaving Kits, Toothbrushes and Toothpaste. We were allowed to check-in early since we arrived on an early morning flight. The breakfast in the morning was excellent with a buffet style breakfast including eggs cooked to order and a freshly squeezed vegetable/fruit juice from carrots, beetroot and green apple.

Hotellet är väldigt nytt och beläget mitt i staden – ett utmärkt läge. Säkerheten är bra och vi fick ett varmt välkomnande vid ankomsten. Rummet är rymligt och har en hållbar design, även om inga tandborstar tillhandahålls. Ledningen skulle dock kunna förbättras. Vi märkte att duschtvålen hade tagit slut men inte fylldes på under vår vistelse. Vid utcheckningen ringde personalen och sa att jag hade checkat ut en dag tidigare, vilket var förvirrande eftersom jag redan hade slutfört utcheckningsprocessen. Vi var tvungna att återvända till hotellet för att lösa problemet, vilket visade sig vara en förväxling med en annan gästs register.
