Loved the deluxe king room! Great location would definitely stay again!

Great location and very nice hotel - great if you are going to a show - breakfast was nice and complimentary drinks was a nice surprise- staff were very friendly - will come back

Beautifully appointed room, well stocked mini bar with great selection of snacks and drinks, fabulous location on the edge of China Town and Melbournes theatres . Only small negative was that housekeeping didn't get round to servicing the room until about 17.00, which is far too late if you've returned from an all day outing and just want to relax, however I understand the hotel was short staffed and a quick call to reception soon got any issues resolved

Check in process could have been faster , considering it was boutique it took the receptionist a bit long to check me in considering I was a late arrival and the last person to check in . Room came with steps to get to Which wasn’t advised. Room was ok, bathroom was very large

Great location, very close to China town where you can find tons of restaurants open till midnight. No worries it's very quiet in the night. Staff are nice and helpful! Facilities are new. Love the BOSE speaker! Can't imagine how I could survive 7 nights without it... The only thing I felt a bit hard for me was the temperature in the room, around 21-22C in the night, a bit cold.

I stayed here for three days, I don’t think the hotel did housekeeping daily, one day when I was back the rubbish (I put it in the bag near the bin before I left) is not collected, another day the breakfast plate I ordered room service is not collected so I had to call the receptionist to collect, I forgot my ghd hair curler in the bathroom the first person answered my call from the hotel said she didn’t see it, the second person said he found my hair curler and will post it but didn’t post it until the next day so I had to call it, I discovered the hotel because their reputation and Instagram but I definitely will not stay here again.

酒店三星加水平，但由於澳網期間，房價很貴，比在悉尼住的五星酒店還貴，而且不帶早餐，所以覺得很不值。先説好的，前台美女服務員態度挺好，每天也有按時打掃房間，酒店位置也不錯。不好的一堆。房間不大，衞生間更小，洗完澡浴巾不知道是不是應該扔地上，總之沒筐什麼的放。住了八個晚上，基本沒換床單，因為床單上有一處污漬，一直都在。我也沒指岀來，覺得自己睡的也許比換了的還乾淨。很不信任這個酒店。鋪床也鋪的亂七八糟，床褥都跑偏哪裡去了，也不給鋪正，每天我自己拽。杯子刷不乾淨，茶漬都在。這麼貴的房價，連免費瓶裝水也不提供，每天自己買水喝。

酒店地處市中心，離唐人街很近。房間大致乾淨，隔音一般，衞生間寬敞，熱水還不錯，網絡不行，時常斷線。總體性價比還行。

房內衞生過的去 拖鞋和牙刷需要主動向前台要 Twin room 而洗漱台衹放了一份浴帽之類的東西 夜間樓下汽車聲講話聲很明顯 影響睡眠 最最重要的是床和枕頭非常的不舒服 太軟 床單被罩不透氣很悶 空調聲很大 我跟朋友基本一晚上沒睡

體驗感很棒，就在中國城附近交通方便也衞生。酒店乾淨前台也是有禮貌！

地點方便，房間觀景望正唐人街，房間乾淨整潔，前台職員亦非常有禮，但沖涼水壓不穩定和冷熱水調控有點不正常。

酒店的電梯大晚上可以嚇**，很詭異的！我們住的是兩間聯通的大床房，房間是真的還行，很緊湊，頂也有點矮，靠近chinatown
