Clean apartment and basic amenities provided. Washing machine/ dryer, fridge, microwave etc. Decent mattress and pillows, clean and fresh smelling linens. Spacious for two or more people for the one-bedroom apartment that we were in. We will book this service apartment again!

Convenient and strategic location. Easy access to the tram etc With steam ,sauna and indoor swimming pool. Metro is just 2-3mins away, its very near and convenient

Nice clean apartment. Close to Queen Vic market and many food options. Mainly asian foods, mini marts, fast foods. Plenty of public transport close by. With laundry facilities in room a good place if staying longer.

I recently stayed at Avani Melbourne Central and had an excellent experience overall. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Melbourne, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport. I was pleasantly surprised by a complimentary room upgrade, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The residence was modern, spacious, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a full kitchen and laundry facilities. The only drawback was the additional cost for cleaning services during the stay, which I feel could have been included, especially for longer visits. That aside, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the facilities were top-notch. I would highly recommend Avani Melbourne Central for its convenience, comfort, and excellent service.

Apartment was ok Carpet in bedroom was old dirty and well worn needs replacing. Bed was terrible. I did speak to management in the morning they were upset that I didn't inform them as they would have changed rooms. As I didn't get to bed till late didn't inform them till morning.

A lot of Chinese students living there aa residents I believe. The elevator took a long time to arrive and usually its packed when we get in. The location is really good and close to other spots

We have reserved two bed room type. However, the small room doesn’t have air conditioning inside, need to open door; Besides that, others are great, location is a few min walk to city heart

Kind staff good facilities are good. But need to improve communication between the staffs. I requested fresh towels. Had to wait for a night. Nextday still didn’t get it so I requested again. Waited for an hour but didn’t get what I requested. I requested set. But I only got 2 shower towels. Went down to the reception. She told me she already pass my request to housekeeping. Anyways hope things will get better for my next visit.

Good location, close to University with lots of local restaurants. But a bit noisy as it is also served as apartment for Chinese students.

Beautiful apartment, clean and spacious with superb view of the city. The apartment has complete facilities for long period stay. Located at the heart of the city with a lot of cafes and restaurants as well as malls to choose from. Had a wonderful experience. The staffs at the counter were also very helpful.

great location, great service apartment, value for the money, great to have washing machine, drying machine and two bathrooms in the room, great kitchen. Suggest to have booking system for using billiard room and table tennis.

Very convenient location.  Reception service is great.  Weak wifi

Pleasant check in experience. Only problem was finding a spot to pull up for check in. We had to park illegally and risk getting a ticked or towed away. Front desk staff is very welcoming. They gave us an upgrade which we really appreciated! Thank you!  Location is excellent! Only suggestion would be clarification on how to request supplies such as towels, soap, dish cloths etc.  would stay here again.
