Ok when I got to room i always check bathroom I noticed mould in bathroom ceiling and a broken vent

Nice stuff and good location, and we booked it on trip, so check out until 1pm. Very quiet and clean place

Very near to bus terminal to airport Super convenient

Temporary accommodation is an option because it is close to the city center and not expensive. However, they only informed us when we arrived that there was no elevator. This is not very friendly to many backpackers. If they have a lot of luggage, they may not be willing to climb the stairs without prior notice and need to find new accommodation.

Best part is the location, perfect for just a night and walk to southern cross, close and easy way for suitcases. staff at counter are welcoming and smiling. Room are a little below average from my experience on similar price accommodations nearby Strong smells of the artificial spray when come in the room Sofa has holes no plug for bathtub cattle not in a good condition Them I find out maybe some good reviews are not real I’m not sure what to say

Location is amazing, right in the heart of Melbourne. The room is small but has everything you need. Our room was so quiet you could hardly believe you are in the middle of a very busy city. We couldn’t get the tv to work but we didn’t really need it for our short stay. Highly recommend

Great location. The room was quite simple but OK. Laundry service did not work properly.

We love it! Location is very convenient, 5 walking from De Southern Cross Station. Rooms are big and very clean. They even gave us a free upgrade to a family room with an extra bed.

She assisted me with an early check-in and was incredibly efficient, friendly, and helpful. Alice patiently answered all my questions and made the whole process seamless. Her professionalism and warm attitude truly stood out, making my stay a 10/10 experience. I highly recommend this hotel and sincerely thank Alice for making my trip even more enjoyable!

Room and bathroom was spacious. Location was good as it was nearby Southern Cross Station. Overall it was worth value of money.

I did NOT broke any glass I don’t know why the glass (cup) disappeared 😑

Excellent choice for solo travelers or couples. Within walking sita de from the Southern Cross Station and nearby plenty of entertainment options.
