Ibis Melbourne Hotel and Apartments recensioner

Location is very good and convenience. Just 5 mins walk to Queens Victoria market. 10 mins walk  to Queen Victoria mall. A lot of restaurant nearby.

Ye this hotel says it is in the CBD but we have to walk for 5 mins to get to the hotel from the nearest tram station and there are barely any restaurants or shops on the street the hotel is located. The cleanness is fine I guess for Aussie standard, but I spotted a dog poop on the slope that leads to the hotel (That slope is part of the hotel property) Service? The front desk was nice, but the when we used up all the shampoo they didn't gave us a new one and we needed to get down to the hotel lobby to get the shampoo by ourselves. Furthermore, they gave us 2 towels only instead of 3, and again we had to get down to the hotel lobby ourselves to get the towel ＞:C That is very inconvenient and we didn't expect the service to be this.. bad! Facilities? they had vending machines, laundry rooms and a hotel restaurant and a bar next to the hotel lobby only, so the facilities are poor. Also, there is nothing to watch on the television but the tv channels which were very boring so we didn't enjoy it either.

Great staff on the front counter. You get what you pay for. Rooms are dated, need some TLC. On saying that, very clean. Bed was great, sheets, towels all good. A great position.

The service was amazing. We were happy with our stay. Highly recommended.

A friendly hotel in the centre of Melbourne near the Queen Victoria Market.

The garage gate did not stop when driving thru that almost hit the car if we don't pull back in time. This is crazy. Cleaning is do and so. The bed is so light that u it moves even u sit on it.

Very much well located within the Melbourne CBD tram free zone. Amazing receptionists thought the room was only satisfactory.

This spot was just right for us on a budget. The staff were welcoming, the room was tidy, and it was conveniently located near everything we needed.

The location was very strategic, near to Victoria Market, tram station, convenience stores. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice. Overall great experience!

It's located in the CBD, and easily accessible to malls, QVM, and public transports!

from 10pm got a stranger teenager knocked the room door and trying to access the room. I contacted the reception then these teenagers then loudly talking and making annoying noise outside of the room until around 1am I went to sleep. Second morning when I checking out at reception the up level guest complaining the teens play on their door s until 2am. It's was a disturbing stay. Really not a good experience.
