Ibis Budget - Melbourne CBD recensioner

Very convenient  location, walkable distance to anywhere in CBD location. However the hotel is a bit old , but reasonable for the pricing I paid

Noise all night, because of strong wind between two buildings , it sounds like fireworks. No slippers in the room, it’s not convenient.

Surprisingly it was good, I’m not expecting anything coz it’s a budget hotel, but still it was beyond my expectations. I was putting requests with double bed and ended up getting a twin bed which is fine coz I’m alone by myself and actually I don’t mind either double bed or twin bed. The receptionist told me they don’t have double bed room and change it to twin bed. I said to them I’m totally fine with that and they gave me late check out as a compliment and I’m super happy coz I really need the late check out😬

Nice and friendly staff. Nice and clean room for very affordable price. Easy access and just in front of tram stop.

Really love my experience at this hotel. Everything was great and comfortable. The hotel located in the city center. Everything in walking distance. Clean and nice smelling room. Enough space in the shower. Separated toilet. Thank you!

The location is great, in the middle of the city center. The hotel is old and dirty, the rooms are tiny, the lobby smells like Betty’s Burger next door, the air-conditioning barely work. Do not recommend.

Small but very convenient..Will go again

Super friendly staff and vocal staff. Rooms were small but clean and vet convenient locations.

Me and my friend had a very nice stay. Most importantly, clean and tidy!

Place was filthy accidentally left a pair of flip flops there. Called regarding this said would call me back waited 6 hours heard nothing so went into the hotel and was told no flip flops were in the room. And was told I must be lying. It’s a 20 dollar pair of flip flops don’t see the need to lie. Not impressed at all.

Never trust photos when you book a place! The room was unrenovated, dark and smelly. Absolutely not worth the money.

The room is old. The toilet bowl doesn’t have lid. I have doubt on the hygiene as the dirty toilet water will spread over when flushing. The washroom is very big but doesn’t seem to be useful. The aircon has dust. The lift is for both guest and garbage use. There was some bad smell. On the day of check out, there was broken glass on the floor of the corridor at the entrance. The location is excellent. Anyway I will not stay in this hotel again.

The service is very good as well the location, unfortunately there us no view from the room.
