Great location and even better room. One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in. Will be back!

Very conveniently located in Melbourne CBD so we always go back for a midday pit stop. Interior design is modern and the room is clean but the room does not come with dental kit and slippers (perhaps need to ask the front desk? which we didn’t)

My third stay at this hotel. Like location close to Flinders street station, right in the city centre, within free tram zone, and amenities. This time got room at the 2 floor with parking view (no view at all and we preferred to keep the window closed). Not recommended at all, a very big frustration, cause previous times we had rooms with excellent city views

Spacious immaculate rooms with plenty of light as there are windows on east and south walls.  Location could not be better.  Rooms cleaned daily.  Roof bar on level 22 has spectacular views.

I felt it took toooooo long to warm or cool the room. Ventilation was not good as there are no windows to open??. Bathroom sink was funny to wash face... Only one chair was available for 2 people stay.. No small amenities were not available like cotton swab.. However, the bed was comfortable.., bathroom was clean and tidy..Location was nearly perfect..

The room is clean and cozy. Besides that, the staff are polite and helpful.

The hotel was in a very perfect location for anyone to move around the city as it had free tram zone, had a lot of choices for food and a direct tram ride to Queen Victoria Market. Staff was friendly and helpful as well. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Conveniently located. Unfortunately a bit overpriced as the room felt like a converted office room and an apparent lack of basic amenities and items one usually receives at any hotel - complimentary water, cotton pads and q-tips.
