The room is great, location and services too. The staff was really friendly. I enjoyed a lot my stay.

Comfortable stay, good location in the middle of the city, breakfast has limited options

The room was very clean and quiet, and the front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. However, one major disappointment was the “city view” — despite purchasing a city view room, there was no actual city view, which was quite disappointing at first. That said, the outstanding service made up for it overall. The pillow selection in the room was very limited and the pillows themselves were quite small and uncomfortable — they didn’t really feel like proper pillows, which was also disappointing. Additionally, the desk lamp was not working properly and kept flashing, and the room lighting setup was inconvenient; there was no option to select which areas to light up, so the room often felt too bright. The room service menu offered very limited food choices, so we ended up going out for both dinner and breakfast. Lastly, the shower head switch was extremely tight and difficult to turn, which needs improvement.

The hotel is really nice and clean and the location is everything. Will come back again

My Sister and I shared a room for an overnight stay, we found the service excellent and the bed very comfortable. The room had everything we needed to feel at home.

On the whole, the experience has been more positive. Locations is the strongest assets for this hotel.

Very good location which closed to the main Collins street, good choice if you are travellers who are joining multiple day tours of which gathering points are always nearby the hotel! Quite and spacious room.

Convenient location, 15 mins walk to the city. Quite quiet nearby, overall is good.

New and modern hotel in Melbourne‘s CBD with all attractions nearby. Very comfy and spacious rooms.

We stayed there for quite a couple of days overall review is good as the location is convenient. Employees there are pretty responsive and friendly in general Left a bad taste at the ending unfortunately as they contacted us a few hours after our checkout to ask if we stole their speaker when it wasn’t even there in the first place?? Luckily we took a video of the room during our day 1 there as evidence. All sorted now and while they apologised I just hope that the management can be a bit more careful in this and also perhaps train ur housekeeping in inventory management better?

Great location but room facilities can be better. There is a clean break reward of $20 towards your fnb bill if u choose not to have housekeeping but not much choice room service.

Is on the cod go every where are so convenient, tram are near the hotel, and also have lots of yummy food near hotel even by walk you also can find some good food and good place to walk around.

The bed is very comfortable that made me sleep very well, and located at CBD location is good starting point for our every planned travel in view of transportation.
