The room was clean and nice, conveniently located near the tram and MRT station, with plenty of good Korean food nearby.

I stayed at 3 hotels all near Flagstaff stations for this trip, just to try something new and compare. Excellent location and the Flagstaff garden is just around the corner. I stayed at the Avani Jazz for 3 nights. The selling point is 1. Impeccable kitchen area for those who cook! 2. Washing machine with Dryer & it worked! 3. There were 2 TVs but I can't imagine having people watching different channels under one room... The bed was too soft but so as the Pegasus and the Radisson hotel so I guess it's the standard?.. Staffs had excellent service, though no room service but it's fine. No view (office building). I would stay here again.

all good with sufficient supply of washing detergent, tea n coffee pods . flagstaff garden is located in front of the hotel , nice view

We had a pleasant stay at this cool hotel in South Yarra. It was clean with a great view. However the lifts could do with some improvement. You have to take 2 lifts to get to your floor and this morning the lifts didn't work properly so mummy had to walk outside to get to reception. Lovely place otherwise, great location and lots of character!

Great location . It's near to tram station. If you like cooking then perfect place to cook own food and enjoy time in Melbourne

Great location in the CBD zone, and just opposite the flagstaff gardens Price is very reasonable for the location and size of the apartment. Hotel staff very accommodating. Only disappointing thing is the breakfast should have more varieties, but it is sufficient.

The road closure making it difficult for Uber to stop. Breakfast was standard and simple.

All was great just lack of kitchen utilities ,like roast deep try I had to buy one , only one small casrol and a small frying pan

Excellent location metro and bus station are nearby. Room is fully equipped with cooking devices and accessories. Will definitely visit again next time in melbourne

Stayed over Grand Prix - about the worst staff I have ever been around

Great hotel with great staff but I had issues. When I went to check in it wasn't marked as payed, I travel a lot and payment had never been a issue. The room I booked on trip.com that I payed for wasn't the same room as I given (still a nice room tho) and there was no towels in the room I was given. Overall it's a great hotel and I would still go back :)

ห้องดี โรงแรมหอมมาก ดูใหม่ ดูสะอาด วิวดี แต่ติดข้างๆมีเครนใหญ่ก่อสร้างอยู่ เสียอย่างเดียว ตอนที่เข้าพัก เครื่องปรับอากาศมีปัญหานิดหน่อย แต่ว่าพนักงานก็ส่งคนมาทำความสะอาดให้ รวมๆคือดี ดีมาก มีรถรางฟรี ใกล้ๆโรงแรม และมีร้านขายยาใกล้ๆ มีอุปกรณเครื่องครัวค่อนข้างครบ แต่ไม่มีเขียงสำหรับหั่น แต่มีมีด ถ้าไปอีกครั้งก็จะพักที่นี่ ห้องกว้าง เครื่องดูดควันดี ทำอาหารบ่อยก็ไม่มีปัญหา มีเครื่องซักผ้า และเครื่องอบผ้า พักหลายๆวันสะดวกเลย

ทำเลที่ตั้งดีมาก ด้านหน้าโรงแรม เป็นสวน มี tram อยู่ใกล้ๆและอยู่ใกล้ๆกับวิคตอเรียมาร์เก็ต เดินไปเซาเทิร์นครอสได้ เดินไปเอ็มโพเรียมไม่ไกล รอบๆโรงแรมมีร้านอาหาร ใกล้ๆกับ Korea Town ห้องพักสะอาด มีเครื่องซักผ้าเครื่องอบผ้าห้องน้ำกว้าง น้ำแรงดีมาก มีห้องครัวเล็กๆ ถือว่าเป็นโรงแรมที่มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบครัน เตียงนิ่มดีมากผ้าห่มหมอนดีเป็นเตียง Queen size 5 ฟุต นอน 2 คนอาจจะพอดีๆ พนักงานบริการดีโรงแรมมีกลิ่นหอมตลอดทั้งโรงแรม สามารถฝากกระเป๋าได้
