Location is great easily accessible and convenient with many supermarkets and eateries.

A good hotel overall, but the parking was unfortunately too expensive. The sofa and refrigerator were partially damaged, which was disappointing. The property is well-equipped, offering a grill area and a washing machine, which were both very convenient. The location is also excellent, with easy access to central attractions. Overall, a solid choice for a stay, but the high parking fees could be improved.

The hotel is located well. Parking is available for a fee. The tap need to be changed as handle missing. Convenient and accessible.

This is the second time I stay at this hotel, and I have to say I can’t love it more. I booked a deluxe one-bedroom apartment for two nights with a beautiful city view. My stay here is comfortable and convenient since everything is just around the corner.

Location was excellent, rooms were clean, had lots of restaurants around in the area.

Convenient location. Carparking costs extra. Spa was a perfect temperature. Spacious rooms and bathroom. Dishwasher was handy.

We booked one bedroom apartment. When we checked in, the lady give us a two bedrooms apartment without notice. The two bedrooms is unnecessary. We booked another night online since we have to stay for another day. When I came to the front, she told me I have to pay extra 50 dollar to use the room, unless check out before 10am and check in again after 2pm. Ridiculous! We have to pay the extra $50 since we are really exhausted after the long hour flight. And it takes four days to process my $150 room deposit.

My daughter & I stayed for a girls night. The staff were lovely allowing us to keep the car parked after checkout so we could enjoy the many shopping & eating options all within walking distance. Would definitely stay again

The service at the hotel was friendly, but the standard, accepting that it is a low cost hotel was below what I was expecting… all furniture has chips of paint missing and the couch and curtains have noticeable small rips, general discolouration and just a general worn down look. The bathroom and kitchen especially could do with a really deep clean… just some extra attention to washing down walls and nooks and crannies on top of the standard check out wipe over to actually make it appear more than surface clean… It’s really the small things; to provide 5 small bottles of shampoo and not conditioner, (asked the cleaners and they said no conditioner is issued) but claim to provide toiletries… no hairdryer, only 2 towels for one person for 2 nights; to provide a clothes washer but not laundry liquid to wash your clothes… but 6 tablets for the dishwasher? Odd choices that all added to my unwillingness to stay at this hotel again or recommend it. I did enjoy the gym also the locations proximity to Aldi for clothes washing liquid, conditioner, and cleaning wipes so i could feel comfortable sitting in a dirty room..

Good location in the heart of China town and city centre. Helpful staff. Had issues with the washing machine and it as fixed quickly. Large and spacious rooms with good air con. Check in and out was easy and quick. Would stay here again.

Pay extra after online booking due to the room type they chosen for us without notice.

Great location, good apartment. A little cold but not too bad.

Photos did not provide justice to actual rooms. Toilets and sink were old and dirty. The door handles are loose and falling apart. Not sure if I will stay here again. I thought it was serviced apartment, wasn't serviced over my 4 days of stay.
