I had the pleasure of staying in Room 1215 at your hotel apartment from April 4th to April 12th. During this time, I experienced the exemplary service of Pegasus ApartHotel, which compelled me to write this letter to express my deepest gratitude.
From the moment I entered the apartment, I was captivated by its warm and inviting atmosphere. The room was tastefully decorated, blending modern style with the comfort of home. Every detail reflected your commitment to quality and attention to guest satisfaction. I would especially like to commend the efficiency and professionalism of the daily housekeeping service, which consistently elevated my stay.
Over the seven days at your establishment, I was deeply impressed by the passion and professionalism of your team. Clean room, comfy bed, warm staff, quick in solving any problems that arise, perfect location within the free zone, what more could I ask for.
I would say though, I prefer handled shower head much more than a fixed one. It would have been perfect if the shower head was not fixed.

Might be because of the fact that our stay coincided with the F1 Grand Prix weekend the price we paid is way beyond what the room and amenities offered. The room we stayed has an unpleasant smell (like urine). It’s dark and small. Amenities are basic. Overall not a comfortable stay. Thankfully it was only for three days.

Apartment was very spacious although the view was only of building opposite. Swimming pool very small, didn't use the gym. Overall very happy with hotel

We stayed here for 4 days. Good location if you want to stay near victoria market. Not far from the main area. Close to restaurants & trams (5to10mins walk). The apartment is big enough for 2 adults with kids. We got room with no view. Not sure if they have room with views. We love the heated pool 😄.

The apartment is located in the middle center of the city. Every people working here are so kind and helpful. Right next door there’s supermarket opened long time, so convenient. The swimming pool is wide and separate warm and cool water.
We had a good time in Pegasus APT.

The location is good - very close to Elizabeth Street and easy to use the free trams. The market is very close by and is excellent. The room has everything but it feels a little tired and small. Cleanliness was ok throughout. The reception was helpful and polite. I would stay again.

I encountered one of the worst hotel services at the front desk of this hotel when I stayed here for 6 nights.
On 10 Dec at 8pm, I was charged 3 times by the washing machine in this hotel for a single wash. I approached the front desk for help and a male employee of Indian descent told me the washing machines in the hotel do not belong to the hotel and he does not know which company owns them or whom I can call on this charging error. I asked him can he write a statement on a piece of paper to say I approached him for help on this issue so I can file a duplication charge with my credit card company? He refused and said I cannot quote him on anything (yes, he said the word "ANYTHING"). Neither did he went to take a look at the machine in case another guest suffered the same fate. He just stood there and look totally unconcerned.
Basically he didn't want to help or even want to appear to help a hotel guest in distress. He also does not back up whatever he says. This experience with this person really sour up my whole staying experience at his hotel even though I encountered some helpful and hardworking check in and housekeeping staff during my stay.

Housekeeping was excellent. Only snag is room is abit small. Kitchen is not well equipped. Kitchenware was not sufficient. Staff was nice n helpful. Bravo.
