At our Cozy Cove you will enjoy our open concept house kitchen/living room area, 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms. Our place is perfect for families, couples and friends. This beautiful house offers aesthetic boho decor, hardwood floors, and tons of amenities to make your stay extra special.
KITCHEN: Fully equipped w/ stainless steel appliances, dining table, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker (coffee provided), small mixer, cooking utensils, pots and pans, bakeware, dishware/flatware, spices, olive oil.
LIVING ROOM: Comfy sofa, Smart Roku 55" TV, family board games.
BEDROOMS : Equipped with medium firm, and firm memory foam mattresses, hotel quality pillows and comfortable bedding for a relaxing sleep. Smart TVs in every room.

Does not get better!!

This property was perfect for me and my family, and the pictures do it no justice! The home is beautiful, was very clean and close to everywhere we needed to go. The host, Ellie, was easy to get in touch with and very accommodating. We will definitely stay here again!

Week End Trip
We were in Memphis for a event and stayed in the house over the weekend. Everything was clean and peaceful, just like the picture. I would definitely rent again.

Clean, comfortable, and quiet
Great property, great host. Quaint and quiet. Cute decor, had everything we needed. Easy to get to downtown without having to deal with downtown traffic. Highly recommend.

spotless and perfect location
The house was spotless and had everything we needed for our weekend in Memphis. The house is also very near the greenline, so we were able to get out and take a nice long walk. I would definitely stay here again!
