Sea view room was to die for. Steak restaurant was worth every penny and Wabi Sabi food was fantastic too. We managed to book all four a la carte restaurants during our 7 days stay. Check the availability of these restaurants the moment you check in to make sure you don’t miss out

This is by far the worst 5* hotel I've stayed at. The main buffet restaurant service is appalling. There were many times that there was no service to my table, that meant no drinks were bought over. Tables were left a mess, with no one cleaning up. Tables didn't have basic cutlery, so people would bring a plate of food to the table from the buffet and have no cutlery to eat with. Waiters were rude. The room, was OK. Although the bathroom tap had no running water (video included), but I must say it was repaired rather quickly. Robes and gowns are not given as a standard to the room, which is usually something given at other 5* hotels. Upon arrival I found what appeared to be a blood stain on the towel, this was replaced quickly by the staff, but not something that should have been there. The toilet had mess in it when we arrived. Attached are pictures of the public men's toilet, near the main buffet, you can see these words scratched into the door, again, not a 5* experience to have graffiti inside a hotel. As many others have already said, the swimming pools are not heated and are absolutely freezing, not many people were swimming due to this. The outside temperature was 30+ yet that pool was far too cold to enjoy. The food is OK. I expected a lot of original Turkish cuisine but this wasn't the case at all. The best part of the hotel was its spa. The staff here were excellent and they were very helpful. I've attached their pricelist.

We came to this hotel for 1 week, we really liked the hotel and we can have fun. The food is really delicious and suits our taste. The animation activities are full and we liked the dart game but they can work a little more actively for the kids. Thank you for Erkan, they entertained us.

We are here at the moment having a wonderful time as always. Everything is wonderful. The staff are always friendly and ready to help with anything you need. In guest relations, you have Sousou and Kadir, both very informative 👍. The food is delicious, and there is plenty of choice . There are 4 A La Carte restaurants, which you must book. I suggest you do this at the beginning of your holiday to secure your table. Anybody coming to Paloma Pasha will have a fantastic holiday 🙂⛱️

Absolutely fantastic hotel. All the staff are so helpful and friendly, especially in guest relations you have Sousou and Kadir who are most accommodating. Rooms are spotless. Food is delicious. This hotel is a must for a relaxing vacation 10 out 10.

Excellent facilities and kind and compassionate staff. Travelled with my sister who has dementia, my daughter and her partner.My sister wandered off off twice and the staff were very respectful and compassionate on finding her. Branded alcohol in the price , which is a bonus. TUI Rep very knowledgeable. Cleaners were lovely. Breakfast and lunch fine but the evening meals were disappointing

The hotel on the whole is great. A lovely warm welcome when we first checked in as we got there 10 minutes before dinner service was due to finish they invited us down to dinner before we did check in which was perfect after a day of travelling. Check in was quick and easy and we were shown to our room by the 'bell boy' who then explained the facilities. The pool is huge but only 1 depth which for some people could be an issue. We spent most of our days on the beach, the sea is mostly calm and not too cold. Muhammed in the 'pool bar' always had a smile and a conversation. On the terrace bar 'john' and gokham are amazing as soon as we walked up they knew our order and would bring our drinks out to us. The restaurant the server fahret always tried to have a table ready for us and kept our drinks flowing. Whilst we were there my personal opinion is the food was OK but alot of the meat did seem over cooked which was a shame. Wabi sabi was amazing, large portions and very tasty with a decent selection. Dem mayhane the mese and calamari were good but lack of choice for mains let it down. On the whole a good hotel a couple of negative points the entertainment was lacking hopefully as the season picks up it may improve and as other have said the locks on the toilets especially the toilets by quintine half of them don't lock. Once again the staff make this hotel, would i return.... personally not but if you are after a quiet chilled out hotel this is the place for you.

Amazing stay. Clean, comfy and the food was fantastic. Views, clean beach, outdoor pool, indoor pool, spa, great atmosphere and quiet areas to get away from it, massive selection of drinks, we had it all. The staff made the holiday though, very attentive, very friendly always up for a laugh with the tourists. There are cats that wonder around freely throughout Türkiye with this hotel being no different and I had my doubts about this but it changed nothing about my stay. If anything, it added another positive, they were clean and friendly and not a nuisance at all. Special thanks to Zelal, Erkan and Dilaver who simply fantastic throughout. What a holiday. Thank you!

What an amazing hotel this is. No complaints at all. Big thank you for Dilaver, Erkan and Zehal. These three members of staff made my holiday so brilliant, and I will certainly miss them! Definitely will be back to this hotel soon! :)))))))))
