A fantastic hotel, and this is mainly due to the service. The food is delicious, and alcohol is served in reasonable quantities. The animators offer many fun activities; they encourage and encourage everyone to participate, including volleyball, water polo, and other games. Special thanks to the young animator, G{rkem. We became very close and friendly. When we lost track of our son, he helped us find him and was always available to help. He was kind, cheerful, and helpful. From the moment we arrived at Club Cactus Paradise, we were warmly welcomed and taken care of with the highest level of professionalism and kindness. While the hotel may not be ultra-modern in style, everything else is top-class – especially the location, atmosphere, and service. A special shout-out to Muslu, who greeted us upon arrival and made the check-in smooth and stress-free with his exceptional professionalism and support. He really set the tone for what turned out to be a truly amazing stay. Throughout our holiday, we were continually impressed by the daytime activities and entertainment organized by the energetic and talented Halil and his team. They brought life, fun, and positive vibes every single day without being pushy – just the perfect balance of entertainment and relaxation. The restaurant and bar teams deserve a huge thank-you as well – every member was supportive, funny, attentive, and professional. The food was delicious and varied, and the staff always made sure we were comfortable and happy. You could feel the love and warmth in every interaction. Club Cactus Paradise is a perfect spot for families with children, and equally great for adults who want to relax in a friendly, not-too-crowded environment full of fun, laughter, great food, and a beautiful atmosphere. I recommend this hotel, everything was great, the service was excellent. The animation team including Kamel was the best. The food was good, you could always pick something.

Unfortunately, none of the information from the tour operator stated that the Aquapark is almost 1 km away. The Aqua Park is open to the public and therefore very crowded and its difficult to find a place with a free Deck chair . The most annoying was that hotel guests are not allowed to use the Aquapark at the weekend. Only for a fee. I stayed in many hotels with Aquapark and for my children it was always an experience, but unfortunately not in this hotel. In general, the hotel is reasonably clean and the food is ok. When booking, I paid attention to the good reviews, which are misleading in my opinion and do not reflect the reality of the hotel.

At the Cactus Paradise Hotel, we spent a fantastic holiday with our family. The hotel, despite its age, is very well-maintained, the staff takes care of its order. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful greenery. The rooms are clean, towels are changed daily, 2L of water is provided daily, the beds are beautifully made. The swimming pool and paddling pool for the youngest are clean and warm. The food is varied, a large selection is delicious. The hotel is not big, but that's its plus, everything is close to the pool, beach, restaurants and room.. You can diversify your time by going to the Aquapark, which is free for hotel guests. You can also get there in 5 minutes by a special vehicle. All hotel employees are friendly to guests. The amazing Animation Team, which entertains guests from morning to late in the evening, deserves the greatest attention and praise. Special thanks to the charismatic Buket, who warmed us up with her smile and positive energy and dancing by the pool every day, 6 times a week!!! She's really crazy – in this positive sense, of course! Special thanks to Honde for her smile and friendly, fantastic approach to the little ones. An amazing talent for face painting as well as dancing during Mini Disco. My daughter loved you Honde! ＜3 Another Animator is a wonderful, smiling Tren, who also accompanied the kids in the Mini Club, as well as led dances in the mini disco and beautifully painted the children's faces – a real talent!, We will also not forget Bulen, thank you for the volleyball, darts, aqua aerobics or pool dances.
