Hualta Hotel Mendoza, Curio Collection by Hilton

We tried this place for two nights with the wife The check in was easy. The place is very new. We were welcomed with a tray of goodies from the area. Free wine to enjoy at the entrance! That was a very nice touch. Breakfast was delicious but not very varied (we spent four more nights next door later in the week and we shared the breakfast area). The room was OK, not too big, lived the bathroom with its industrial look. Parking is next door. The gym is not on site but at the Sheraton hotel.

Staying at Hualta Hotel Mendoza, I was expecting the 5-star Hilton experience but encountered a mix of highs and lows. The initial welcome fell short – my Hilton status wasn’t acknowledged, and the usual Hilton warmth was noticeably missing. This lack of attentiveness was mirrored in the front desk’s service, evident from small details like the absence of a greeting upon entering or leaving the hotel. When I arrived into my room, I found it hadn’t been properly cleaned – it needed a good sweep, mop, and the surfaces needed attention. However, after raising this with the front desk, the issue was promptly resolved. The rooms themselves were impressive – elegant, comfortable, and spacious. The restaurant and garden area were the standout features of the hotel. The restaurant staff were exceptional – friendly, efficient, and every breakfast was a delightful experience with plenty of choices, though there was an additional charge for eggs beyond the standard scrambled ones on the buffet. During my stay, there was ongoing construction in the garden, causing some noise, but it seemed to be wrapping up. Another point of contention was the presence of a film crew for two days, which disrupted the use of the ground floor space and occasionally blocked access to the reception. The shared pool with the adjacent hotel was quite small and didn’t get much sunlight, though the gym and sauna facilities met expectations. As a relatively new establishment, Hualta Hotel Mendoza appears to be experiencing some growing pains. Considering the nightly rate, one would hope these issues will be smoothed out as the hotel gains more operational experience.

We had a super 3 night stay at this new, trendy hotel (owned by a local winery). Central location, friendly staff, spacious rooms, great food - plus free wine in the lobby and restaurant. I'm a Hilton Diamond member, with ＞900 stays and this is now on my very short list of favourite Hiltons worldwide.

This is a brand new hotel (opened in 2h 2023) owned by Hualta Winery. Small rooms, some with a small balcony, but everything is new and functional. Centrally located, close to Mendoza downtown. Great brekfast. Quiet. Welcome gift was a bottle of wine and almost every night theu offer a wine sample downstairs. Good for couples or business. Great services.

O hotel é novo e muito bem localizado. O atendimento é bom e são muito atenciosos. Uma coisa legal é que tem uma vinicola no subsolo do hotel e os hospedes tem vinho liberado durante um periodo. O café da manhã é razoavel mas tudo muito bem feito.

Hotel moderno, bem conservado, excelentes instalações, equipamentos, funcionários, serviços, limpeza e atendimento de primeira qualidade. No lobby, vinhos de excelente qualidade da bodega própria (Bodega HUENTALA), servidos de graça, em regime de 24/7... Um atrativo exclusivo!!! O restaurante La Cabreira, atende o farto café da manhã, almoço e jantar. Para um banho mais confortável, o chuveiro poderia ter mais volume de água, principalmente a fria, contudo não entendam como crítica, mas uma observação para a melhoria.

Excelente experiencia. La habitación es súper confortable y la decoración es muy linda. Todos los colaboradores son muy amables. La cama king size muy cómoda. La cafetera de cápsulas en la habitación ofrece la posibilidad de hacerse un café riquísimo de Cabrales. El vino Gran Sombrero Malbec, de cortesía, riquísimo. El balcón con vista a la montaña, maravilloso. Muchas gracias.

Nos hospedamos con mi familia (4 adultos) en 2 habitaciones dobles. Moderno hotel. Desayuno destacable y cena. Personal altamente calificado para resolver temas o consultas, destaco a: Julieta (recepción), Esperanza (guía de bodega), Jorge (maestranza), Chapa (mozo bar) y Adriel (gerente). Super recomendable.
