Been coming here since 2009, apartments have been constantly comfy with regular improvements. Beds are good Restaurant food is alway well prepared and varied, none of us has ever had an upset stomach, sometime five of us for 3 weeks at a time. I estimate that between us that adds up to at least 150 weeks eating in the restaurant and no stomach problems, excellent food hygiene. The staff are great people, lots of new faces this year and some who we have known many years. Jose in marina pool bar really good barman. Booked last minute ; Having read other reviews I agree that TUI shouldn’t have this on their website . We were hotel side and wish we were over the road in the apartments where the poolside was quieter , we would have needed to walk over for meals but that would be fine . Hotel lovely especially M Carmen who goes above and beyond . Cleaners worked very hard thank you Kitchen staff were rushed off their feet checking and refilling . We ate all our meals there and I’m picky . We never had any cold or luke warm food unlike other reviews, maybe pot luck but we enjoyed it . Staff in restaurant always busy cleaning up and Michael on the door always welcomed us with greeted smile and even remembered our room number . We never saw any pushing in but you did need to look where you were going . It can get very busy but we would just sit in sight and wait until it quietens . Tui Rep was only there 1 hour a day and unless you want to spend money booking trips wasn’t interested (we had pre booked with our booking ) it’s a good thing we had no complaints , on the other hand if you have BRAVO REPS (Italian or french guests ) you get a welcome off your coach and refreshments waiting for you . They also see ‘their’ guests off even helping with cover when it rained . Bravo wrist bands mostly comfortable silky ones . We realised the Bravo team actually looked at what colour your band was and if it wasn’t a bravo (orange or white then you were ignored. . Only a few if that spoke English , children’s mini disco was all in Italian too . Would we return ? NO not because of the hotel /food or rooms but because of the divide and lack of involvement from Bravo . This is a Hotel for Italian & French and it’s obvious when around the pool especially . As a previous response stated they are Italian entertainers. Lots of lovely sites to see , if you do the half day boat ride it’s pointless getting off the boat as by the time you’ve walked the treacherous rock path (not for unable people ) it’s time to get back on the boat . The boat ride was lovely though . We were on the reception side which was very noisy at times with people chattering until early hours and coaches /people arriving and leaving . Air con was definitely a bonus . Towels supplied daily Poolside was very slippy with wet feet ! Safe 35 euros plus 10 you get back (little pricy I felt ) Excellent views of the sea & lighthouse .Hotel is so close to the beach which is very busy although I felt a little unsafe especially when entertainment was outside as anyone could walk in as no one ever manned the exit/Entrance to the beach . We also noticed waiting outside for our coach the Hotel does not fly an English flag . I think that summed it up for us ! I shall be feeding my responses to our local Tui store I also disagree with the main picture they use as we thought we were the apartment side. Tips ; learn to speak Italian if you are English before you go because we could hear the word English

This holiday was great. My friend and I (both 18) wanted a relaxing 3 nights away after doing our A levels and Globales Calan Bosch really delivered. The hotel is not too big meaning the pool and beach were not too busy. We booked with TUI who were really great and sorted all the flights and transfers, super easy. The Hotel is super clean, new linens and towels for the room every day, floors cleaned throughout the hotel daily, and the cleaning staff were really nice. The food was also great, had the BEST pancakes at breakfast and at lunch and tea the food was also yum , the pasta dishes were especially brilliant as they catered to everyone’s tastes and even had some plain for picky kids. A special mention to all the staff at the hotel as they were all lovely and always said hello when you walked round. The entertainment/ activities in the day were great with a fab team, lots of fun dancing with Sophia during our 3 days. They also announced the activities in the morning in Spanish, French and English so you knew what was going on. The nighttime entertainment was not amazing but still entertaining although lots was in Italian you could still figure out what was going on. The location is also great. The beach is right next to the pool. There is a little bridge down the road to a supermarket and the marina is literally 2 minutes away. There are some lovely looking restaurants and lots of shops which sell all sorts. We felt very safe and had loads of fun. I recommend especially to families as they had a great selection of food and the entertainment was actually quite enjoyable. Thankyou very much x

Hotel restaurant was terrible, absolute shambles , limited food put out and nearly always cold. The lady chef cooking eggs at breakfast needed lessons on how to cook them ask for an omelette well an impossibility . Would never recommend it.

Dear Globales Hotel The hotel is in the best location in the resort. A small sandy path leads from the pool area down to a pretty beach. The hotel itself is very minimal. This needs to be addressed as the entertainment area is uninviting. Rooms are basic but clean. Food is below average. The breakfast and lunch is ok. I wouldn’t recommend evening meals. Poor choice and the food throughout the stay was just warm and some of the food cold. It’s not a 4star. Very little in the way of entertainment and the animation lad did virtually nothing but swan around for the full week. The staff are lovely. I must give praise to the 2 girls running the bar, Saile and Patri. They worked so hard all of the time and with such enthusiasm and always polite and courteous. Great service with the best smiles! They could’ve done with help on an evening, perhaps from the animation guy who had nothing to do. The hotel overall is clean and the staff throughout the hotel friendly and helpful. There’s a bus stop just outside for a trip to the city. A nice marina in the resort with plenty of restaurants but nothing else. Even elderly folk we spoke to were bored.

Dear Globales Cala'n Bosch team, Thank you for having me as a guest for a week commencing 28 September 2024. Special thank you goes to all your hard- working staff whose hard work made my holiday. The location is great: few minutes walk from hotel's pool area to the sea - the main attraction with golden sandy beach surronded by rocks. There are plenty of seaweeds on the beach and in the sea: as I was told locals prefer what came from the sea to go back to the sea at its own time, with no help from a human. Hotel is surrounded by little supermarkets and marina is few minutes away; hotel facilities are on a good level. Meal at the restraunt was amazing, delicious and well - cooked range of Mediterranean cuisine with additional touches from other cuisines i.e. sushi and curry meals. Great selection of meat, fish, poultry dishes, loads of salads, vegetables, fruit, deserts and bakery. ( I have to stop writing now due to increased salivary drooling :) ). Before going on holiday I read reviews that meal at the restraint was not hot enough but lukewarm. Looking back now I can say that raw meat and raw fish were cooked appropriately at the right temperature level and meal trays were exchanged regularly. A note to hotel management: Rooms doors are set to shut automatically and this makes the doors banging. Soft close setting on the door engine could minimise the level of noise the doors make whilst shutting. These would significantly improve the quality of rest. I had to exchange the room in few nights as the door's banging noise became unbearable. After changing the room there was a little but not a significant improvement. For this reason, I cannot put the highest score to your hotel. Once again, thank you for having me as your hotel guest.
