Hampton Inn & Suites Raleigh/Crabtree Valley

We arrived around 2:30 ish pm and needed to get to our room, order LYFT and go to a meeting scheduled for 5:00 pm. The desk person said check in time is 4:00 but would ck to see if a room had been cleaned and ready for occupancy. He verified one was ready and allowed us to go to that room. We were appreciative of the cleaning staff and the desk person. All the hotel employees were friendly and courteous. The desk personnel even helped me with getting a Lyft app set up on my phone. The breakfast buffet was really good and extensive. There was always a line to cook waffles which caused a back up and slow moving line. Maybe have more waffle irons available. I wanted to order food from a nearby Panera Bread but the desk personnel called and/or looked up on line to find it had closed. She suggested if I placed an order thru the Panera Bread app, the person who drives the shuttle could take me to a different Panera Bread a little further away to pick up the food. I accepted her offer, bought the driver a snack and gave her a tip. I was able to have a wonderful mid afternoon meal. The beds were very comfortable. I like the bathroom door with "cloudy" glass which allows light in for use of the bathroom overnight. I like the use of attached to the wall containers of bath soap, etc. which definitely cuts down on use of smaller containers partially used and thrown away. One important thing we suggest is the street sign for Arrow Street be much larger. Not being locals, the area was unfamiliar with us, there is heavy traffic and the Arrow Street sign is very hard to see. Otherwise, we were very happy staying in this hotel.

This is the most beautiful Hampton Inn I’ve ever stayed in. The decor of the lobby & ballrooms is eclectic, bright, vibrant & eye-catching & it was the perfect backdrop for our Red Carpet Grammy themed family reunion. From the moment our family began arriving at the beginning of the weekend, the staff was amazing & extremely helpful. About 76 family members attended the reunion activities. Hotel staff made our family events (an evening banquet & a Sunday breakfast buffet) flow seamlessly. The Executive suite, which we used for our floating arrival reception, was just enough space & also beautiful with modern functional decor. This review would be incomplete without thanking & recognizing Brandi Cooper & Monica Shreve. These 2 ladies were so easy to work with & helped me to plan & execute my vision for our family reunion. Brandi ensured the ballrooms set up & the equipment we needed was in place & that our catering included everything that we needed. Monica ensured that our block of rooms was intact & that my family was largely placed in rooms near each other & mostly on the same floor. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again or host another event there should the opportunity present itself.

Just like any other Hampton Inn, with the exceptional and professional customer care from the reception desk staff, and Silvana, a lovely person, jack of all trades whom you will find during the breakfast service greeting everyone and making sure you're well taken care of, and also driving the hotel shuttle. I was there for business with an international group and she was very kind to our group members. Her Portuguese and Spanish skills came in very handy with our group. She definitely adds a human touch to the hotel.

The hotel was clean from the lobby to the actual room. I had a small issue with the mirror being off track but the maintenance man was there to fix it in less than 10 mins. Excellent customer from everyone I encountered. Definitely will be stay here during my next trip to Raleigh!!

Staff was helpful and nice. The hotel was beautiful upon entry with great pride in cleanliness. While not able to swim, the pool looked wonderful for families with young children with a water feature present. The rooms were clean and family friendly. A plus all the way around!

I travel every month here and I love this hotel, and staff! Arthur, Brandi, Ethan, and Monica are so awesome! They are so friendly and everything is nearby as far as restaurants places to shop! You cannot go wrong staying here. It’s like home away from home. If there are any issues, they are quickly to resolve. The rooms are clean, and the breakfast is great.

The Hampton Inn on Crabtree is the best! Arthur the manager has the best customer experience I have ever seen! The hotel is always clean, provides great service and is hands down the best around. I travel for business and I have stayed here once a month for over 2 years and NEVER had a bad experience.

Love coming back to this hotel each month. Outstanding friendly helpful staff. Bedding is very comfortable. Rooms and public spaces are clean and fresh. Decor is up to date and inviting. I look forward to the breakfast- always fresh and delicious. I would like to specifically recognize Arthur and Gary for consistently going above and beyond to ensure our team is comfortable and have all we need. Highly recommend this hotel. Excellent value.

We have been staying at this location for work over the last year. You have places where you spend the night while traveling and then there is this place. The staff is incredible and they make you feel as if this was your home or better. If you looking for a friendly home away from home, look no further.
