Numerous hiking trails, such as the famous Moselsteig, wind through the vineyards and forests and lead to breathtaking viewpoints from which you can admire the Moselle and the surrounding landscape in all their splendor. Cyclists will find a well-developed network of paths on the Moselle cycle path that run along the river and open up charming villages and wine towns. Our holiday apartments in Ferienhaus Merl are an ideal starting point for excursions into the surrounding area. There are other interesting cities nearby such as Trier, Koblenz and Bernkastel-Kues. The Middle Moselle offers a wide range of leisure activities, including hiking, cycling, canoeing, horse riding and golfing. Zell and Merl are an ideal place for a wine holiday.
