不是我黑這個酒店洗澡水全是這種顏色有時候還沒有熱水現在還是冬天這個怎麼住人然後退房也退不了也不知道攜程怎麼和它們溝通的剛剛開始水還是黑色的説不可以退房給我們升級了海景房也是這種水想想算了住兩晚然後把我們舊房間的忘記拿的衣服放回新房間而且沒有經過我們同意隨便進別人房間，然後舊房間忘記拿了個耳機1000多然後是被他們保潔拿回家了這個酒店真的差的離譜最後還是我們想報警他們才去幫我們拿回耳機

在馬特魯住了兩晚都是在這家酒店春節算是他們的淡季感覺入住客人也不多房間適中有個側偏的陽台能看見日出海灘早餐很豐盛根本吃不完當然對中國胃來説可能不是非常適合但是也是一個不錯的體驗表揚一下餐廳的小哥吃完餐回房間發現手機不見了轉頭回餐廳的桌子沒有找到本以為可能找不到了結果餐廳小哥説我是不是在找東西他從櫃枱裏把手機拿了給我真的是很感謝

酒店整體挺乾淨的，就國內維也納的水平。酒店服務不是特別熱情，也沒有人幫助送行李到酒店。酒店有自己的沙灘，因為是淡季其實人不太多，住的兩晚剛好是新年期間，酒店還放了一些新年歌。早餐是固定的套餐，配的量很多，可以當早午餐吃，外面的餐廳基本很晚才營業。最後餐廳的小姐姐的服務特別好，點贊👍。

服務態度還挺熱情的，進出都會主動打招呼早餐雖然簡單，但是還不錯唯一不足的是酒店的水質很渾濁，我都不敢洗澡，洗漱都是用礦泉水解決的，幸好衹住一天

就是酒店乾淨的，出了酒店就很臟，而且不能帶吃的去酒店的海邊吃東西。國內的的新的二三星酒店吧。酒店停車要付費。我們是想晚上去夜市，才住了一晚，之前幾天都住鎮子外面，晚上不要開車，還可以吧。性價比還可以。至少是乾淨的！酒店外面就可以買各種吃的，拐角冰淇淋不錯！

前台服務態度巨差！剛過去給了一個牆景房讓我們面壁思過！後來一定要他們給我門換了一個房間！房間地漏有一堆很噁心的別人的頭髮都沒處理好！而且客房服務打電話給前台10個電話9個不接！沒有服務可言！洗個頭等吹風機等了一個半小時才給我！定了一個人雙床房！過去兩個人每個人要加60美金一個晚上！兩個晚上加120美金！是全程在埃及住過性價比最低最垃圾的酒店！！！1000多一晚他們根本就不配！水巨黃巨噁心！

除了這幾張日出的照片酒店可以説一無是處，要個拖鞋能一個小時給你送來，前台英語差到令人髮指，退房麼還要等待，也不知道這房間裏能有啥我能帶走似的

挺好的，還可以，總體偏貴，其實就是國內如家漢庭的水平甚至不如，不知道為什麼埃及酒店住宿價格會這樣，理解不了，每一天睡覺睡的都不得勁

酒店新修的，甲醛味道很大。晚上十點了酒店還在裝修一直鑽東西一樣，早餐也很敷衍，那個私人海灘還不如公共海灘十分之一。不推薦！四百多一晚完全是浪費，不如那個很火的海邊reem民宿。
