det är okej Hur kan du förvänta dig ett rent badrum.. kanske är det ett gammalt hotell, eller hur.. om du skvätter clorox är det rent eller om du inte gillar doften av clorox kan du köpa det på tiktok floor cleaning. arg titt på badrummet. humm men xpee förstår det gamla hotellet..med vänlig hälsning från mig

Bra läge. Precis intill havet. Begär ett rum med havsutsikt. Tyvärr överensstämmer inte städningen av rummet med dess uppfattning. Bilderna säger allt. Lyckligtvis bara en övernattning.

Very disappointing!! Room is filthy dirty with black spots on pillows, door is mouldy and toilet is the worst! Super dirty with mouldy tiles and sink. Even the towels and floor mat is not washed properly. Hotel totally run down. Hope the management will do something about it and not just accept booking and disappoint those who stayed here

Was kinda disappointed in the cleanliness of the toilet and bathroom. Although the price is reasonable but the facilities and cleanliness are below average standard.

Is an old hotel . Overall still ok . The breakfast cannot make it.

The hotel is just infront the Hospital Mersing. Near to Dataran Mersing.The room just ok. Aircond not really cold. Staff hotel is helpfull & friendly. No deposit when check in to the hotel. Parking is free provided by the hotel. The food just ok.

Great location, nearby tourist attraction but the property not well maintain and need refurbishment.

The room requires better cleaning, especially the toilet, which could use a thorough scrubbing. The room itself feels outdated and old. On the positive side, the new air conditioner and charging ports were a nice touch, and the location in Mersing is very convenient. Breakfast could be improved, even considering the hotel’s lower star rating. Overall, there’s room for improvement in cleanliness and upkeep.

room very dirty. molded everywhere. needed an upgrade.

The moment i step into the room, it was so uncomfortable since i can feel sands and dust all over the floor. Even the bedsheet is dusty. The kettle is very old and dirty similar with the mug. I try to boil some water to make hot tea but because the mug was dirty you can even see oil and dirt floating. Even basic necessities that you often found in the hotel like indoor slippers, laundry bag, hair dryer are not available. But the staff is very nice and helpful. Food is good although it is simple and don’t have much of a variety. And the location is nice.

Almost everything is outdated. But nevertheless, had a pleasant stay. Breakfast was decent.
