Beautiful location, excellent service especially for a solo trip. Great customer service omg. I have enjoyed my moment there and for sure I'll be back. The food is good and at affordable prices, I like the swimming pool and the gym facilities.

Welcoming Experience I liked my stay. Customer service is excellent, right from the guards to the reception, housekeeping and the waiters. Everyone served with a smile. Kudos and keep it. The thought of providing hot water bottles is fantastic. The meals are awesome

I just had the most amazing one night stay at Meru Slopes Hotel! The location is just perfect. From the moment we arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality by the staff, very friendly and helpful. Special Shout out to the general manager Mr.Amutala and Josephine at the restaurant. The food is very delicious and they have variety . i enjoyed the breakfast. The hotel rooms are a 10/10 very spacious, clean and well lit. I WILL DEFINITELY come back for a longer stay. Thank you!"

It's a nice place to be ..I like the serving and the environment around there.the swimming pool and other recreational facilities also attracted most of us..the waiters and waitress also served us very good..the food was very delicious.

Meru slopes met and exceed my expectations.Its probably my 6th time here and wow wow I love this Hotel..The rooms are nice and spacious 10/10..There food is amazing 10/10.The ambiance and the swimming pool area is clean 10/10. Big shout to the GM Lawrence.He loves his job and he makes sure everything is well taken care. Always making sure guest expectations are met.You are 100% the best .Special thanks to Francis front office, he is my favourite.Francis you are OUTSTANDING. Special thanks to Ann, always willing to help.Nahshon Restaurant he is 10/10 ... To be honest the Meru slopes team are all professional. Hotel overall I give it 99.99% ... One of the best and most affordable hotels in Meru. Was there for a few days for a nearby conference. Rooms are clean but the showers can be better (low water pressure). Food has always been consistently great.
