Nomad Palace

I visited on a group tour. I traded my tented camp experience for the comforts of a hotel room as I had already experienced a desert camp in Jordan. My room was spacious & clean. The aircon heater worked fine. The lighting was acceptable. The bed had clean linens and afforded me a comfortable sleep. The bathroom had good hot water & pressure. The buffet breakfast was adequate. There were only a few options that I liked. Special shout out to the young lady on reception who assisted with soda drinks from the fridge & my morning camel ride. Overall, my overnight stay was comfortable.

Great 3 days holidays where we could do so many activities (swimming, camel riding, desert walks, desert overnight, 4x4 and relaxing. I have one big regret though: we should have stayed longer ;-) Rooms, staff and activities are 5 stars!!!

Big and beautiful rooms and spaces around the hotel. There's space for improvement in all aspects but we had a good time. The staff is always happy to assist with anything. Tip: you pay for the water in breakfast and dinner too. The price is double than in a supermarket

We stayed at Hotel Palace for one night on our way to the desert and had the most amazing welcome from all the staffs but particularly from the manager who was at the reception. He really went out of his way to accommodate us with everything and make us feel at home! A perfect place for a desert entry!!

Helpful and welcoming staff. Beautiful pools. Comfortable large room with individual patio. Fun camel ride to desert camp was a highlight. Food in dining room that caters to large groups.manager was solicitous and charming. We had a memorable time.

Nice hotel located in the middle of the desert. Very nice people working there. Rooms are large and comfortable. Two nice pools on the premises. The food is good but we were surprised we had to pay for water, since we cannot drink the tap water. But the dining room is not clean at all. They don't clean the tables after the meals, so there are a lot of flies on the food, on the tables and all around. It wasn't very interesting to put our hands on the table and have them get dirty because they touched food that had been there since previous meals. The sanitation of the dining room is not at all recommendable.
