Any excessive garbage requiring extra pick up will be charged $100- 199. • Follow checkout instructions to avoid excessive cleanup charges (min $75+) GENERAL RULES: • No parties (special events require advance approval) • No drugs or firearms on the property; all illegal activity is prohibited • Good Neighbor Policy: Respect our quiet, family neighborhood, keeping noise levels under 60 dBA during the day • Quiet hours: Music/noise must be turned down after 9PM. No unreasonable noise between the hours of 9pm-8am per city ordinance: Noise levels over 68 decibels are considered unreasonable (Ord. No. 3912, § 2, 9-28-10). • Any evidence of a party or unauthorized event, including camera footage, excessive garbage or other evidence will result in a fine of $5000, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event.
