Everything was good. The staff's behavior was excellent, the breakfast, services, and the warmth of the room were all great. Everything was good, except there was no trash bin in the room itself.

Отель прекрасный : понравилось абсолютно все . Завтраки очень разнообразные и вкусные, белье белоснежное, расположение удобное (до Венеции 20 минут на автобусе). Рекомендуем!!!

Душевая кабинка не закрывалась, душ тек из всех щелей, в 8:40 утра зачем то в номер начала долбиться уборка номера и разбудила меня. Завтрак неплохой, спалось прекрасно, тихо. выключил вентиляцию, потому что сильно шумела и открыл окно. В жаркую погоду это может быть проблемой.

因為考慮主島遊玩時間，所以最終選擇在這邊住下，説實話和我想像中的相差甚遠，床真是衹能睡下我一個人，唯一安慰的是作為酒店該有的設施都有了早飯還很豐盛，比羅馬的更性價比高。酒店出門右手直行二百米左右有家兄弟燒烤 其實是倆東北娘們開的

Nos quedamos súper contentos de haber elegido este hotel. Nunca me había alojado fuera de la isla y me preocupaba un poco pero la realidad es que en 20 minutos estás allí y el billete de autobús vale 1,50€ como en casi cualquier ciudad. Soy una persona bastante maniática pero creo que la limpieza del hotel era excelente, aunque si cambiasen algunas cosas como la mampara de la ducha la imagen mejoraría bastante. El desayuno de calidad normal pero por el precio nos parece que sería muy difícil encontrar otro hotel así de equilibrado. La zona está bien, es verdad que parece un sitio algo muerto pero no da mala sensación ni inseguridad. El personal muy amable en todo momento, me dejaron hacer check-in bastantes horas antes y pude descansar en la habitación tranquilamente. Lo recomendaría :)

Sehr nahe zur den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Leider etwas abgenutztes Hotel. Sehr nettes Personal. Frühstück eigentlich standardmäßig aber teilweise auch nicht so frisch.

This is the worse hotel I have ever stayed in. Everything about it was awful, the room smelt of damp, the towels, bedding had a terrible smell. The power in a room went off, we had to move to an even worse room. The whole place needs knocking down, not even a renovation would fix it. No way a 4*, not even 1*

Preamble: My family of 5 (2 parents, 2 adult children and a teenager) stayed at this hotel in 2 rooms - 1 double and 1 triple, in late July 2024. The hotel was chosen for us as part of an Air Canada Vacations "Discover Italy" package by choosing "4 star accommodations." AG Boutique was the tour operator that booked the hotels for us. After reading some of the other reviews on here, I was a bit concerned as to what our experience would be at this hotel. However, upon arrival, the front staff greeted us warmly (in English) and provided us with all the information we would need for our stay, including the 'city tax" of roughly 3.10 Euros per person, per night that would be in addition to what we already paid. Our two rooms were next to each other and my three adult/almost adult children were very happy to see that the "double" bed in their room could be separated so that they had 3 singles instead. (Note: the bed for the "double" room was also two twin mattresses pushed together and that seems to be the norm for Italy - didn't bother us at all.) The washroom in the double room included a very small stand-up shower. However, the triple room had a full tub. Breakfast included pastries, cereal, yogurt, fruit, meats, bread, etc. Comparing to the other hotels we stayed at, I'd say the offerings were typical for the area. Something important to note for this hotel if you were planning to go to Venice: The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful in helping us find the bus stop a short walk away. From there, there is a bus (1.50 Euros each, I think?) that took us to the outskirts of Venice. From there, you have the option to either walk or take a water taxi (9 Euros per person.) We opted to walk and it took roughly 30 minutes to get to the other side of the island where we needed to catch our tour. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and felt we got our money's worth.

I understand going to a 4 star in Mexico is NOT the same as in Euope, however it should be a 2 star at best. My wife and I were there during the middle of July for 2 nights and that was enough. During the second day, we discovered a battalion of ants in the washroom. Did I yell the receptionist..no , as I figured it wouldn't make a difference. I didn't catch her name, however she beraded me for not ordering a cab the day before we were to depart. On the day of our departure she stated that there were cabs available. I think she said that out of spite as we were able to secure one. Don't go here.

Terrible hotel manager, name Steve, he was very uncomfortable unfriendly,rude and not paying attention to our concerns. Room air conditioners not working, the booking for a specific room was not complied, Very outdated extremely small room and bathroom with a corner shower much smaller than the size of average person touching the walls of shower while in there .next to our room in the hallway they were keeping a pile of broken chairs the whole time . Do not recommend it to anyone.

This hotel was the worst i have ever been in EVER.They shut a/c off completely no matter what temp is outside no matter what month as they normally shut off in Oct. Front desk manager sweating profusely told us no hotel in Venice has air...Every hotel other friends were at same week all had air!! I left expensive sandals there and called few days later and told they were not found!!! Windows only open a tiny crack and comforters old and tattered, fridge in room broken and mould in showers and on shower head, showers so tiny no room for a 135 lb women even to fit!! Zero amenities not even a bucket in room for ice, check in they keep your passport and tell you to come back for it!!?? Very rude and arrogant for no reason as this hotel is gross!!! Do not stay here and if you leave something behind...say goodbye to it!!!
