For the price the hotel was amazing! The only downside was that the shower door didn't cloose completly but we didnt really mind. The breakfast had a lot of fresh food and good coffe. The rooms was small but spotless. The towels and bedding were clean. Pillows were nice thick and big. AC and minifridge were working normal. I also found the provided soap and shampoo very nice and not drying. The staff is really nice an acomodating even after you check out. The parking was small, with a really narow entry but it was included in the price.

We had an excellent stay in this hotel, from the moment I stepped into the hotel until we left, we were treated with excellent service (at least compared to how we were treated in Venice City Center). Kudos to Amzad (if I got his name right) for delivering professional customer service upon check-in and to another receptionist during check-out. The room attendant ran after us when we left a pouch in the room upon checking out - a small gesture that makes a big difference. The only thing that needs improvement is the breakfast - it was specified Continental Breakfast and the kind gesture of adding eggs and omelette was a plus- however, could have been better if the omelette was kept hot. There was a miscommunication between the front office and housekeeping - as the room attendants accidentally entered our room twice without knocking. All in all, these did not really affect our excellent stay in this hotel. Looking forward to visit again the hotel in November.

Small hotel but with absolutely everything you need, very clean, and with an excellent breakfast. The owner and his family were around which was nice and made us feel right at home. He also was unbelievably helpful when one of the people in our party was pick-pocketed in Venice near St. Mark's Square. He immediately personally walked him to the police station to report the theft and helped him fill out a police report. He did all this on a broken foot! Upon our arrival, the desk clerk and owner helped us with directions and the best choices of how to get to and from and around in Venice. Public transportation was a short walk from the hotel which was very convenient. Secure parking was available. Reasonable price. Internet worked well.

La nostra camera era molto umida, ed il bagno era molto piccolo ed altrettanto umido. Doccia davvero piccolissima. Appena siamo arrivati abbiamo trovato entrambe le finestre spalancate e di conseguenza due insetti, di cui uno ce lo siamo ritrovati nella valigia di mio marito in giorno seguente. Cuscini sottilissimi e molto scomodi. Colazione nella norma, poca scelta ma non male. Piccolo parcheggio privato, molto comodo se si arriva in città con la macchina. Buona posizione essendo a pochi metri dalla fermata del bus che ti porta a Venezia (il 4L).

Ottima esperienza per svariati motivi: comodità (a due passi dalla fermata dei bus e tram per Venezia e parcheggio privato incluso nel prezzo), ordine e pulizia impeccabili, ma soprattutto gentilezza e disponibilità del “personale “, qualità difficili da trovare! Lo consiglio assolutamente!!!!

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, personale gentile e ambienti puliti. Posizione strategica vicino alla stazione dei tram . Consigliatissimo. Torneremo sicuramente. Il giorno della partenza siamo stati accompagnati anche alla stazione ferroviaria, senza richiederlo.

Posizione ottima per raggiungere a piedi il centro di Mestre ma anche per i mezzi che in meno di 20 Min ti permettono di raggiungere Venezia. Più che per la posizione lo consiglio però per il personale, gentile, educato e disponibile, una vera garanzia.

Ok che costa poco, ma le finestre della camera (n. 301) non si chiudono e il traffico si calma solo per qualche ora a notte fonda. Stanza poco curata (muri rovinati, tenda della vasca- lasciamo perdere, pulizia sommaria, non ci sono tutti gli articoli da toilette indicati in foto). Colazione abbastanza buona. Bene il parcheggio interno gratuito
