This hotel is a good option visiting Venice. We went with a car and it was quite easy to arrive to the hotel and to move to Tronchetto parking. It's close to a supermarket where you can buy something to eat. The man in the front desk was quite friendly and provided us with all the information to visit Venice. The breakfast was good, with all the necessary for begging the day. Rooms were big, with a lot of space for all you need. The only complain was that the WC was not clean enough. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay close to Venice.

I needed a quick hotel stay in venice for a few days and came across this motel on ***********. at first I was unsure when I arrived as it is tucked away in a corner surrounded by the well known Hotels. I was greeted by a friendly guy on reception who was really helpful when booking in. I was surprised when I entered my room as it appeared a little dark. It was spotlessly clean and the bathroom was perfect for me. Nice walk in shower even a bidet should you choose to use it. The towels were folded and stored neatly. Bath towels, smaller bathroom towels and even flannelswhick was a nice touch. All your mini toiletries supplied. There was a small fridge to use with no mini expensive drinks with expensive prices. I used this for my own refreshments. I would highly recommend this little gem for its family friendly staff helpfulness and cleanliness

Well, I found this hotel for a colleague who was on the road. It seemed a nice hotel near Venice with good traffic connections. Booked it yesterday afternoon 14.02.2022. for a colleague who was due to arrive in the early evening. I booked it through the hotel website yesterday afternoon for a colleague who was due to arrive in the early evening and for that I guaranteed with a credit card because I chose the in-house payment option. I received confirmation immediately and forwarded it to a colleague who was 2 hours away from the hotel at the time. I thought everything would be fine, however when a colleague came to the hotel to check in they asked him for confirmation that he had been vaccinated with the third booster dose against covid. A colleague had a certificate for only 2 doses he received and he has yet to receive the third dose because a four months ago, despite being fully vaccinated, he was infected with covid. In any case, he was not admitted to the hotel because he did not receive the third booster dose, so he was forced to seek accommodation in nearby hotels. As a good service provider and tour operator, we know very well how much respect for covid measures is necessary, and at the same time we introduce all of them to all our partners, passengers and tour leaders. At this hotel, when booking through their site (we checked also through other booking sites), there was no warning that each guest must have received all three doses, otherwise we would have booked another hotel for a colleague where it is enough to be vaccinated with two doses. In any case, every guest deserves the right to complete and accurate information and that no one gets more into the situation of not being accepted to the hotel after a confirmed reservation which was safe because it is guaranteed by credit card and that after 10-12 hours of active driving instead of going to rest must try to find another hotel.

Avendo necessità di spezzare un tragitto lungo, abbiamo deciso di pernottare una notte in questo hotel, dove eravamo già stati ed eravamo rimasti contenti. Non possiamo che confermare la buona impressione della volta precedente. Camera e bagno spaziosi e puliti. Letto comodo. La colazione spazia tra il dolce e il salato con molta scelta. Il titolare, che ci ha accolto al nostro arrivo alle 23.30, molto cordiale. Che dire, per noi le 5 stelle ci stanno tutte.

Esperienza molto positiva. Buona posizione, fermata bus vicina per raggiungere Venezia. Personale cordiale disponibile a dare e fornire materiale utile per muoversi in autonomia. Stanze ampie confortevoli calde. Buona colazione. Tutto perfetto. Simonetta

L'hotel è un po' fuori mano ma comunque comodo per raggiungere Venezia( il bus si trova a pochi metri) Gentilissimo il personale (è a conduzione famigliare).Colazione molto buona con brioches fresche,torte fatte in casa e bevande calde che vengono preparate al momento. Ho trovato anche il cappuccino senza lattosio . Consiglio a chi vuole visitare Venezia senza spendere una follia.

Per un week end a Venezia, ho trovato questo motel a Mestre. Siamo stati molto bene: Camera e bagno spaziosi e puliti. Buona varietà a colazione e personale cortese e efficiente. Nel motel si possono acquistare i biglietti per l'autobus (sia corse singole che validi 24 o 48 ore) la fermata dell'autobus che in mezz'ora ti porta a Venezia, è poco distante.

Lo consiglio vivamente!!! Cordialità, gentilezza , ospitalità e professionalità tutto al TOP. Camere spaziose, confortevoli e pulite. Colazione abbondante. Posizione comoda , autobus per Venezia molto vicino.

Hôtel familiale vraiment très sympathique ! Personnel charmant le papa , sa fille et son fils . Petit déjeuner très sympathique et du bon café ! Chambre propre et entretenue encore merci nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !
