Flowers Apartments & Rooms

Booked via Airbnb, the location and the building were brilliant. Such a grand building and such a beautiful beach area and a lovely restaurant or two nearby. However…. The apartment was dated, and lacked enough basics (plates, cups, glasses etc) to make breakfast enjoyable (thank goodness we only stayed one night) The previous occupants had poorly washed the few plates and glasses that were draining above the sink too. Finally, one bedroom is off another. Ok if you there with your kids but not when you’re there with another couple and they have to go through your bedroom to get to the toilet. The shower was very old and unpleasant. The listing says two bathrooms and there was only one.

Please be aware: The apartment is not what it looks like in the pictures on ***********. AVOID booking this place!!!!! We stayed at the Narciso apartment for 3 nights (thank God no more), 3 adults and 2 children. Where do I start: the whole apartment is very dated... very! When we arrived it was not cleaned properly, we had sand everywhere on the sofa and chairs. The owner has done a very cheap and quick refurbishing job just to take a few pictures and post them on ***********. That is what really fooled me :( First of all, the top floor has a metal railing as protection, my daughter leaned on it and the rail bended. When touching it ..it was literally moving… that is completely unsafe!!!!! Pls AVOID if you are planning to come with your family, cancel your booking if you can, this is not a good place for children. These people are only after money, they don’t care about the well-being of their guests. The toilet is disgusting, it has limescale built inside as big as an apple, all brownish…. Awful! The toilet’s flush didn’t work, kept getting stuck! Shower didn’t work, when on, it was either too cold or too hot. Again very dated shower head… full of limescale. Only one hook to hang towels, the other one was broken… we were in 5! Not a single shelve in the shower. My daughter got stuck inside the bathroom as the handle came off the door. Walls were coming apart a bit everywhere, I think the whole house is humid and that is the result of it. Mosquitoes nets were broken and walls WERE absolutely NOT sound proof opposite to what it is mentioned in the description of the place on booking website. This apartment has a door in the living room that divides the apartment from another one. They basically made 2 flats out of one. It felt like the people in that property were staying with us, it was insane… the first night they were so loud that they woke everyone up at 2:30AM. We could hear everything they were saying. The door and walls were that thin!!!! There is NO aircon in the bedroom, first night it was 37 degrees and it was absolutely boiling. There is a bell just in front of the building that goes off ever 15 minutes and because of no aircon we had to keep the window open… super annoying. … at midnight and 3 quarter it is literally 15 chimes!!!!! Ants were walking on the ceiling, in the kitchen, found them in my bed too… again disgusting. Quite a variety of bugs hanging from the walls. I have pictures and videos of everything. After reporting all of this to Maria, the owner, she offered to re-clean the apartment and she did, that was the bear minimum as we paid 551 euros (15 were for the parking) for staying just 3 nights in such a bad place. Maria came to see me after I reported my disappointment and the issues. She tried to justify herself with finding several excuses around why things were not in order and the apartment was in such bad state. She said that they purchased it prior covid and business was bad… come on! That is absolutely ridiculou

Ho fittato delle stanze per i miei ospiti del matrimonio. La struttura si presenta pulita ed è presente tutto ciò che viene elencato sul sito. Abbiamo avuto problemi con il bagno, in particolare non funzionava lo scarico del wc.. Quest’ultimo problema NON è stato risolto nonostante sia stato fatto presente alla proprietaria della struttura. Altre pecche della struttura riguardano il parcheggio, non è specificato che per arrivare bisogna fare una strada contromano così come non è specificato che è molto difficile entrarvi per via delle ridotte dimensioni del vialetto. Infine avevamo accordato un prezzo per il parcheggio ma la proprietaria ha pensato bene di non rispettarlo e di far pagare una cifra maggiorata FACENDOMI FARE UNA PESSIMA FIGURA CON I MIEI OSPITI

Appartamento ampio, pulito e comodo. Punto strategico, parcheggio compreso, noi siamo stati davvero bene. Non mancheranno occasioni per ritornare, è sicuramente torneremo a prenotare. Maria poi è stata davvero speciale, pur essendo arrivati tardi lei è stata gentilissima
