Very nice hotel and close to our business location. Highly recommend

hotel room is relatively small. names of different Holiday Inn hotels are confusing. breakfast is average.

Very good name and hotel, to far feom the train station. You need especially a var to reach it. The amministration has to see in booking since they say they have a swimming pool but there is no swimming pool its closed.

附近是郊區，酒店在一個商場的二樓，設計很特別，商務出差很方便，我吃飯基本都在酒店和樓下的商場解決了，麥當勞，KFC都有，還有幾家意大利餐廳。 酒店衞生還可以，經典的連鎖酒店，大小適中吧，整體還是比較滿意👍

只限自駕遊，大量免費停車位、短期可以，度假、旅行免！！ 商場只限基本設備、附近欠配套，住市區比較好。

還算比較乾淨整潔現代化，樓下停車方便，有個商場方便購物等，

客房老舊，熱水不穩，服務員冷漠

Struttura moderna e inserita nel contesto del centro commerciale vulcano buono...ottima colazione ed eccellente servizio cena...stanze ampie con arredamento minimale...bagno funzionale e fornita di adeguati saponi usa e getta...per me e per la mia famiglia è stata un'esperienza più che ottima...Da ripetere al più presto....Staff preparato e davvero professionale...

Good hotel located within a shopping complex just off the autostrada. A car is needed for this hotel as there is no public transport nearby. Hotel is quite new so feels modern and everything works well. Breakfast is good and communal areas are large. Nice helpful staff too. There is direct access from the hotel to the shopping mall. Secure free and paid parking available. Only thing missing is a pool otherwise it would be perfect! 30min drive to Naples. 40mins to Salerno. 50mins to Sorrento.

I'd intended to book at the Holiday Inn close to the airport, but accidentally selected this hotel. It was my fault that I realized within an hour of booking this room. I attempted to cancel. It was a non-refundable rate. Hotel had option to allow me to cancel but refused. OK. So in return for me paying for a room that I won't use, I'm giving this negative review and will do so on every travel site that I can find on the Internet. I'd e-mailed the hotel directly to give them the opportunity to allow me to cancel my booking mistake. They basically replied "Tough luck". See below.

We booked this hotel for graduation dream trip and then decided to cancel. They would not refund my $419.54 American Dollars. The service we booked through tried to call twice to explain our situation and NO ANSWER both times. I expected a lot more form a Holiday Inn property. There was.. and still many months to resell the room we cancelled. Hard to understand. AVOID AVOID AVOID - they will take your money! Father of two kids in college.
