It was a lovely experience to stay at the Chalet sul Lago. The staff are really friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. The food was magnificent- all home cooked and we had a lovely view from our room over the lake together with a large balcony.

Romina and Monica are exceptionally hospitable. Chalet is situated in an extremely beautiful place and is very comfortable. Dinner cooked by Monica was the best during our fortnight trip and the dessert was outstanding. I notice that I use only superlative adjectives but I cannot find other words. We regret that we stayed there only one night.

This hotel surpassed all our expectations. The warm welcome given to us by Monica and Romina will stay with us and be the best memory of Moncenisio. We are on our last night here and have had the most amazing food. You must eat here everything is cooked to perfection and presented so well. Monica is an amazing cook. The passion these girls have to make sure you have the best stay possible is admirable. The area is perfect for hiking and easy to spend a day at Lac du cenis. It is equally lovely just to sit out on your balcony admiring the views of such a beautiful setting. We have enjoyed every moment of our stay and would definitely return. Thankyou for looking after us all so well.

Stayed here on a recent motorcycle trip. The hotel is located on a beautiful lake on a very peaceful small road. The owners are fabulous and you are immediately made to feel welcome, almost as if you are part of their family. The rooms are lovely, quiet, clean and very comfortable. The shower could do with being a bit bigger but that wouldn't stop us staying here again. All the food is home cooked and it is absolutely fantastic.

We love this family-run place and we have been coming here for a number of years. We love the quiet lakeside location, and warm friendly welcome that we always get from all the family. We use the Chalet Sul Lago as a base for cycling and walking breaks. We always try to stay here when we can, as there is always somewhere to explore, with a lot of history to be found in this region.

they don't reimburse the 181 I have paid. I can not go due to illness. These people are dishonest and cruel They have been shouting in a language which is not mine talking about a document I did not receive. It is about 15 days befire the reservation

Wow, what a great location for a stopover between France and Italy. We drove to Troyes day 1 and day 2 Montcensio. Take the route from Modene to Val de Cenis. Save the 50 Euros for the tunnel and enjoy the views. The village is so pretty, the walks are entertaining and the views from the hotel are worth the extra "lake view". Dinner and Breakfast are really good. The outstanding quality of the Hotel is the care and attention that the family give you throughout your stay. We will be back!

Romina e Monica ottime padrone di casa. Stanza bagno e terrazzo super accessoriati, puliti ed accoglienti,lo dice anche la mia gatta Luna Colazione e cena con prodotti fatti in casa dalla Moki. Una bomba❤️, poi c'è l'altra forza della natura Romina che si occupa dell'accoglienza!una bomba❤️ La loro bontà , il rispetto, la simpatia, la solarità,la precisione e la professionalità, ti rendono il soggiorno veramente fantastico. Andare via è stato difficile,ci sentivamo a casa. Insomma se non volete avere pensieri e mettervi nelle mani di persone che amano il proprio mestiere,e farvi un soggiorno tranquillo Chalet del Lago è il prescelto! A due passi dal Moncenisio Grazie di tutto a presto

Sono già 10 anni che ci torno di default,una volta all'anno e se riesco,anche due ! Attenzione che bisogna prenotare con largo anticipo,essendo molto gettonato ! Non mi bastano i caratteri qui nel form per descriverne le meraviglie nei dettagli..guardate le foto ..e aggiungete,accoglienza famigliare e cibo superlativo !
