There are only a few reviews, but I'm yet another person who experienced bed bugs while staying at Sonder Miravalle. They refuse to refund me because they claim they "upgraded" me and they were unaware of bed bugs despite the evidence you can see from my photos and the previous review. This "upgrade" consisted of moving to a different space of theirs at 2am at great inconvenience, especially when I had work the next morning, solely because there was no availability at Miravalle. They conveniently call this an "upgrade", though. As you can see from my bites, this was a severe infestation that they were surely aware of. When you can actually see bed bugs, they have definitely been there for a long time. I've tried speaking to support on many occasions, who literally 10+ times said they would reach out to me, yet I had to reach out every single time to follow up. Sonder have done nothing but lie to me every step of the way. If that doesn't put you off staying at Sonder, good luck getting any sleep. They even provide earplugs because they know just how loud the place is. My room also wasn't ready when stated despite having paid extra for early check-in. Sonder is by far the worst experience I've had travelling the world. From bed bugs to noise, non-existent and repeatedly being lied to, it's hard to believe that a company can be this inept yet Sonder somehow manage to be that company. Take a look at how their share price has plummeted. They are close to bankruptcy, which makes perfect sense when you see the complete contempt they have for their guests.
