Summary: This place is the best! Highest recommendation. A few details: - I stayed here for eight nights and got to know the place pretty well. - Casa Izeba is a boutique hotel, having only eight rooms, and is beautifully designed, merging a traditional with a contemporary aesthetic. It is spotlessly clean. - The staff is warm, genuine, and helpful (I especially want to thank Regina, Ana, and Alberto). They went the extra mile again and again. - The hotel is located in one of the city's best areas (Roma Norte), with lots of interesting sites and places to eat. Much safer than the Centro Histórico. - The breakfast was superb. - I would return there in a heartbeat. Pro tip: - The area is pretty lively from about 8 am to 10 pm, so if you value quiet, ask for a room facing the courtyard. That blocks out the noise very effectively.

From the moment we arrived, the hospitality at this hotel was exceptional—warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The rooms were a dream, featuring comfortable beds that ensured a restful night's sleep. Mornings were a highlight, with a delightful breakfast spread including pastries from the renowned Panadería Rosetta, fresh fruit, creamy yogurt, and outstanding coffee that started the day on a perfect note. Highly recommend this gem for a relaxing and flavorful stay!

What a lovely boutique guest house. It’s situated perfectly in Roma Norte near tons of amazing restaurants, cool shops and bars. The place is charming and decorated beautifully with an incredibly kind and helpful staff. We stayed in the interior courtyard facing king bedroom on the first floor. The bedroom was very comfortable, quiet, nice linens, and the air conditioning works well. I recommend staying here and also enjoying the breakfast in the morning with delicious pastries from next door.

Great hotel, great service, great location. my boyfriend and I are very happy with our decision to stay in Casa Izeba. Beautiful interior and views from the rooftop. Great bed and bathroom. very spacious yet beautiful. Loved the artwork on the walls and the rugs.

If you're coming to Mexico City for some fine dining experiences, this hotel's location will be extremely convenient to both Rosetta and Maximo, two superstar restaurants in the Roma Norte neighborhood. This hotel is a pretty small B&B-style facility. The staff are very helpful and available; the type of place where the guy who helps with your bags at check-in is also putting out the coffee and pastries at 6am in the breakfast lounge. It has the feel of a European city hotel--quaint, tight, and not a very modern layout. Our room was big enough, and the beds very comfortable. Large bathroom. Hot water was a little slow. The included breakfast was great, including pastries from Panaderia Rosetta (next door). Limited selection of food items but we were very satisfied. A few annoying features: 1) The door to the building is always locked, and you have to ring the doorbell to get buzzed in every time. It's usually quick but sort of annoying. 2) There is no elevator and it's a vertical layout, so if you're traveling with large bags, expect a workout session to get them up to your room. Overall, I found the value pretty good and I would stay here again.
