I booked the hotel just for the location. But to get to the hotel the elevators didn’t work, too expensive to get that kind of service

The ladies in reception have been treating us badly. Respectfully, they should take some customer service. A hotel like this, should not be allowing “hot water” to be cold in the shower, their TVs have their wifi network blocked so you can’t connect to apps like Netflix, and the gym is out of service.

Very convenient location to catch an early morning flight. Just a few steps to check-in counters. Also parking lot access is very convenient to avoid the crowded airport hallway

The carpet in my room had a mold smell which made my stay uncomfortable. But staff were very friendly and the service overall was good.

早班機選擇這裏。在客運大樓裏面，感謝前面客户評論，知道這個位置有點難找。Uber導航在客運大樓門口，下來以後竟然沒有找到，後來問了才知道，進客運大樓以後要抬頭看一下，自動扶梯上發有希爾頓幾個字，衹要進去以後馬上扶梯上去就是。酒店不錯，位置方便

住過的最貴且最爛的Hilton, 沒有之一，房間很小，照明暗，房間對着裏面的院子不能開窗，隔音非常差，走道有人説話走路關門都很清晰，浴巾毛巾估計幾年沒換了很硬，沒有牙刷拖鞋，大堂很小，電梯兩部壞了一部，很慢一次衹能三個人，也就是機場近一個好處。

首先，酒店地理位置很好，就在墨西哥城機場內部，走路5分鐘就到了。酒店隔音也很好，在機場內缺一點飛機飛行的聲音都沒有。美中不足的是: 酒店電梯一直有一步處於維修狀態，另外一步電梯衹能載3人，總是要等很久。
