This hostel might be the worst hostel I’ve ever stayed at and I’ve traveled through many $3 hostels through Southeast Asia when saying that. They’re showers put out two small streams of water. Ours actually stopped working completely. Our outlets in our room also wouldn’t hold any of our phone chargers, they kept falling out. And the lady’s who make breakfast in the morning were not friendly. Vibe in general was non existent. should’ve paid a higher dollar for a hostel with working amenities.

Pros: The staff was friendly (shout out Marco and the janitorial staff especially!) and the location is solid. Cons: We were put in a private room right next to some kind of club which was constantly playing loud music. The TV didn't work at all, the water only worked about half of the time, and the general noisiness made it very challenging to get a good rest.

Overall it was really awesome except the wifi was pretty bad. Great staff, guests bring a good vibe, it’s clean and well organized. There’s 4 “social” areas (2quads a living and dining) which are all kinda small but they’re spread out and…. Well there’s 4… My favorite staff member was Coral. She took a group of us to Xochimilco, stopped in different areas along the whole trip to teach us a bit about the history of the city and the culture! She then invited us out for beers and playing pool at a nearby pool hall. Overall great spot with affordable price.

I stayed 4 nights at Suites DF. The location was fantastic, and great value. Rooms were cleaned every day. Staff were helpful with recommendations of restaurants or assistance with buses. Nice terrace to chill or socialise in the evening. Nice vibe!

I stayed at Hostel Suites DF for my week in CDMX. I really liked how central it was to the historic center as well as to public transit. The staff were nice and they provided a comprehensive list of activities to keep us busy. I was a little disappointed at the state of some of the facilities. Our bathroom door and shower door did not close properly and my bed was a bit creaky. Also the noise was very loud from the common areas into my room (luckily the common areas are shutdown around 1 AM). Overall it was a really good for socializing, affordability, and proximity. Would recommend if you're on a budget.
