Friendly and helpful staff. Very large and comfortable rooms. As noted by others, the hotel, while across the road from beautiful Chapultepec Park, is on a busy street. Windows are well insulated but if you are a light sleeper request an inside room or bring ear plugs. It is on the edge of a pretty residential neighborhood, with plenty of cafes and restaurants (check opening times in advance- we were there in a holiday weekend and quite a few were closed, as were the highly regarded art galleries also in the neighborhood). I like to walk, so enjoyed walking across the Park to Polanco (1-2 miles depending) or through neighbourhoods to Condesa and Roma (about a mile to Parque Mexico). Also a short and inexpensive Uber ride to either neighborhood- but walking is a much nicer way to see the city. It is good value for money, and the staff are super nice and so helpful!

Fantastic rooms for a really good price. It’s along a busy highway so there was a lot of traffic noise. I’d suggest bringing ear plugs or playing white noise at night. Overall great experience and will stay again

The room was very comfortable and clean. The windows and the hotel building were very nice. The breakfast was very basic, but one can order also extra eggs or similar from the menu. The service was poor for a 4* hotel, like they stayed in the 90s. There was no concierge to help with tours, the reception made few many mistakes with the bill and the arrangements around the room. The location is OK, but too far from bars, restaurants or anything else, and our room was on a very loud and busy street.

The staff was very friendly and the room service was great! The attendant was very resourceful and professional. We were able to book our tours for both Teotihuacan and Coyoacan the day before. He took care of all the details and the process was very seamless :). Wonerful and quiet hotel, the restaurant was also very delightful.

Un hotel que se debe de visitar y hospedar si se quiere ir a Chapultepec y sus alrededores. Hoy hicimos check out después de una visita exprés de sólo una noche pero amenazamos con volver! Totalmente un hotel con encanto Ingles pero personal cálido mexicano. Fuimos mi esposo e hijo de 6 años y yo, la pasamos muy a gusto, descansamos en serio y el museo del papalote y el Parque Chapultepec nos quedaron como guante pues en Uber y caminando hicimos de nuestra última aventura pre regreso a clases algo para recordar. Desde la llegada el joven Misael nos hizo sentir más que en casa, excelente trato y nunca dudó en darnos cualquier indicación valiosa y resolvió todas nuestras dudas con un carácter precioso! Ante cualquier problema el realmente hizo todo para sentirnos seguros, queridos y cómodos. Gracias! No duden en n visitar el restaurante the view y saludar a su personal agradable y cálido! Desde que las puertas del elevador abren, incluso un joven de nuevo ingreso que le echo las ganas del mundo y cargaba con sonrisa a cada segundo en el bar hermosamente Ingles gracias Moisés. Y no duden en desayunar en el restaurante del hotel hermano caminando por debajo de su propio túnel, en el jardín del corregidor y dejarse atender por Alfredo, joya de persona! Que hasta guía turístico nos salió! Con sus tips tuvimos un excelente día en el parque Chapultepec, no sin antes haber desayunado como los dioses en el hermoso jardín con historia! Pregunten por ella! Volveremos? Si! Pero más noches! Y esta vez llevaré ropa más elegante que mis jeans y tenis que me ayudaron para las aventuras con nuestro hijo!
